Home owners are unbelievable. True Green accidentally IMPROVES the quality of their lawns, and they're STILL unhappy. How many times does Big Dave tell them the grass will grow fuller and thicker? It reminds me how apartment property owners get pissy about installing space antennas that have detected extraterrestrial life... and they just don't care. People are weird.
