I mean, as long as the building's landlord trusts they'll do a good enough job, the landlord is just letting them do free labour for them. Getting a bathroom redone like this would cost the landlord a lot of money, what's better than tenants offering to do it for free, while also paying for all the supplies and materials. The landlord will likely just use this opportunity as an excuse to raise the rent 🤷

Fun tip....run the prints through a laminator before attaching to the waffle acrylic. Then they are protected and washable since there isn't a layer of glass or acrylic on the front.

The dish soap is a clear sign that the guys using that bathroom work with grease/oil is some form. My dad owned an auto shop and always used dish soap to get the grease off his hands.

The dish soap in the bathroom doesn't have to be for dishes... When you work with grease and normal hand soap just doesn't cut it, dish soap can work great.

It turned out so cute! I do wish something had been done about that small section of wall with a bad patch job. Maybe a tamber (?) To mimic the divider in the other bathroom and bring more wood accents together? I’m obsessed with the floor though!!! Edit: I also love how supportive the landlord is of their endeavors and them making the space something different!
