I don't think it's better than the alternatives, unfortunately.

I'm curious, what makes you say that? Would be nice to see a real review of this!

I think it’s probably about focusing on the gospel sound. If you listen to a lot of gospel music or go to specific types of churches/conventions there is a certain sound that are know for gospel musicians. They recreated this very well. The best way to explain is when some says rock organ there is a certain sound that comes to mind even though both may be using the B3 organ sound. Another thing that emphasizes this is when you play the bass pedals it has that heavy bass sound gospel musicians love to hear. I have not heard many vst/apps that recreate that. I think it’s the same with some of the other gospel musicians apps they made. There are just certain sounds and combos mixed together specific to gospel musicians. I have B3X, VB3m, Galileo, this one and a couple others on my ipad. There is something that I love about each of them.
