If you click on ur range tab on the lab you can adjust it to lvl 1 (must be out of a run) 👍

@@GTass455in - when not in a run, click on labs and then click on the range lab. from there you can click it down to level one. Knowing this I upgrade the range lab because its cheap/quick and there are situations when an increased lab is good (short run trying to get to level 100 for a milestone). But 99.99% of the time I have mine adjusted to level 1

discount labs will give you coins back you spend before doing the research after you respec. I dont think its worth to respec for 1-2% coins, but its nice knowing its never a waste. Labs are always a weird thing in the game. There are so many labs you want to get done. I have switched priorities quite a lot during my time playing. Lab speed is super important, but at some point i had put it on pause to get other things done. Now its back on perma and on highest boost (3x for me). Attack speed is also really important, as more bullets mean more dmg/knockback. Early game dabs is really good, but fast lifesteal will be better. Now for me with modules regen outperforms dabs and lifesteal by a mile. I switched those when i got to a turning point in the game. one perma slot for me is modules. As those are the big thing to improve my runs. Those extra lvl's matter. I have a maxed workshop. So i can spend those really expensive WS+ upgrades or on labs. Maybe you can get this perma slotted when you get perk labs done. standard perk bonus, trade off, perk bans, first pick are super important. it will take some time before its done tho.

Hot Take: I don't think Attack Speed is a lab you want to constantly take up a slot. Here's why. To put it simply, I think there are better uses for your slots most of the time, at least until you have several labs maxed out. Here's how I recommend you slot your labs: 1. Lab Speed: This is one I would say should perpetually take up a slot, at least until Level 50, but even then I'd still probably keep leveling it up. 2. Coins: Something to increase your coins/minute. Of course Coins/Kill is a good default, this can be rotated with Golden Tower Duration, Black Hole Coin Bonus, and Death Wave Coin Bonus (I don't recommend Golden Tower Bonus and Spotlight Coin Bonus generally). You constantly want to have increased coin gains. 3. HP/Defense: Rotate between Health, Defense Percentage, and Death Wave Health. More HP means you can push to higher Waves/Tiers, which also means increased coin gains. 4. Perks: Perks are insane and provide such a substantial boost to all stats in farming runs past Wave 3000. Most labs in the Perk Category (all except Waves Required and Auto Pick Perks) are top tier and allow you to push much further in runs. Even Auto Pick Perks is arguably top tier as it allows for better afk runs you can do when you sleep. Don't sleep on perks, they are worth it. 5. Open slot: This open slot allows you to get other labs complete that are good, but don't fit into the above categories. This can be used for top tier perks such as Game Speed, Garlic Thorns, Black Hole Damage, Extra Black Hole, and Death Wave Cell Bonus just to name a few. You could also level up Attack Speed, but if you keep this slot stuck with that perk constantly, it prevents you from getting other labs unless you sacrifice one of the other categories. I tend to believe Attack Speed is less important than Lab Speed, Coins, HP/Defense, and Perks. Change my Mind.

Don’t ban health Regen perk. Would start with banning some of the worst tradeoff perks and interest. Interest perk is useless by the time you start getting perks.

@mbrick87 life steal will heal more health than regen will. I go into higher waves by not upgrading regen, its like trying to level up defence absolute, its pointless in higher waves when you can just increase your hp

I was just about to ask you guys how you deal with vampires. They end my run during the best parts. I haven't gotten to the part where I can unlock That lab yet. Those things are so annoying in the beginning.

Usually it's either more damage or lower attack speed (so they can come close and be killed by the thorns). But I usually just ignore them before they kill me.

A good solution! Another way is if you can get to tier 2 wave 1000. You will unlock a lab called garlic thorns. Lab specific to killing vamps.

Target priority labs and set elites last. You do better just letting vamps crash into your tower.

Does anyone just have an actual list of what to max first to last. He talks so damn much and goes from beginner tips to end game in the same breaths. Do I max coins first? I’m still on T1 and maxed 40 on T2. I have unlocked the 100x buy limit. And my coins multiplier is 11.70 after purchases. Please someone make this simple for me.

Don’t bother taking max interest beyond 1.5k. It’s useless past a certain amount of runs and completely useless on higher tiers.

@mbrick87 interest is very good at the start of every run, the faster you get money the higher the waves you can get into when you max out interest % in the workshop it just speeds up the process even faster. 1500 interest per wave in 100 waves is 150k more than you didnt have, a thousand waves is 1.5m, it adds up
