Surprised that he'd offer an anachronistic 'Marie Curie' to the portrait of a woman of an age earlier than hers.

This one was difficult for me as I've grown to love both teams (except for Stevens, who always smirks inanely and thinks he knows much more than he does - STOP LISTENING TO HIM, GRANT!) but the disadvantages of three classicists out of four were obvious here. I've particularly liked both Tomlinson and Gratrex but the latter failed to shine on this occasion.
I think they suffered from having a very unbalanced team. 1 classicist is generally a good idea, two you could perhaps get away with if they have good broad knowledge of other subjects, but 3 means the team suffers from diminishing marginal returns from having the extra classicist. Someone studying medicine, another science or perhaps Geography would have been a better choice.

A susprising result. Bangor is my alma mata, so I usually want them to win. But I've seen this King's College team several times and they are so likeable, so half of me wanted them to win. It was a very disappointing score from them - their worst by far.
