Very cute, I love how it looks like u did an epoxy pour, but I like how it seems easier and less scary to just paint it. Love the texture looks, very cool!

I find it so wonderfully strange that you make tutorials on things I actually have been planning on making but am unsure how to approach starting the projects. My grandmother had a coffee table like this. It was a giant tree trunk. And i really want to recreate it in mini. Im going to try doing this but add a sculpted clay trunk to the bottom. Hopefully i can paint it so it looks like one full piece. Im scared of resin though as iv had bad experiences with it but im known for trying things my way instead of following directions so im going to try again but using your tips and actually reading the instructions on the resin 😂😅❤️

This is so beautiful, Im definitely going to try this. You do such a great job at your tutorials! I have already made so many things from your videos and I'm super new at this. Tutorial Idea: I know you did a kitchen already with a 3D printer. Can you do a kitchen counter top surface with epoxy pour and cool designs 😎 😀. I was going to attempt it but you give me confidence not to mess up my limited craft supplies 😆. Keep the videos coming I truly enjoy your work💖

This is supposed to be a resin table not a slice of wood covered with resin. You would get exactly the same effect with varnish, without the mess of having to mix resin.
@TheSquaretoSpare3 жыл бұрын
Apologies for the confusion with the terminology. It was the easiest way I knew how to describe it :) Varnish is also amazing and I use it in most of my miniatures, but it doesn't give me the high gloss durability (and waterproofing( that resin does. Always great to mix it up and experiment with different mediums :)

this is amazing but PLEASE use gloves and a respirator when working with resin, the chemical burns you can get aren't worth the risk
@sophievanderbilt13253 жыл бұрын
Yessss I get so worried when I see all these resin tutorials yet there isn't ANY mention of safety! Resin is super toxic and I bet most new crafters don't know how to properly use it, especially since there are so many videos with people pouring it without gloves. It would be nice to have at least a small disclaimer that resin should be used in a well ventilated area (not your tiny bedroom desk 😅) with a respirator and gloves.
