I’m so glad and thankful to you guys for creating such a useful content like this. It’s beneficial to many people including me. There are two main problems I have faced lately regarding work. 1. How to refuse a job in a professional way (I’m a freelancer) 2. When there’s a problem/issue caused by a third party (out of my control) and that makes that task a total mess, how should I explain to my clients? I did my best and planned everything in advance but things didn’t go as planned. I spent a lot of time and used up my energy to make it perfect but it ended up as a failure, is it ok or does it make sense that I charge my clients for my time and service?
