From a person who usually plays apocalypse mode: Shotguns and High DPS machine guns > Snipers and Everything else. In this game you can usually only hit one zombie at a time, so shotguns and etc excell in taking down zombies quickly. I think snipers should have the ability to pierce through and hit multiple targets, they are really underpowered at the moment, even if they have high power per shot they have slower fire rate than shotguns and machine guns. Range doesn’t even matter because you have zombies coming at you in close quarters at all directions at all times, you can’t even set up a perch or stay scoped frequently as a sniper. Next off we have the tier 10 rocket launcher, this weapon will also carry you throughout your matches because its high damage and ability to hit multiple enemies as well, clearing hordes quickly. Double Barrel is the best secondary gun with its high DPS, out-matching even the tier 10 magnum, best used after your ammo is gone or if you are downed. Any light saber or double saber are the best melee weapons because they have the longest range, however they should only be used as a last resort when you have no ammo left and are being chased by a horde. Grenades should be used when picking up fellow teammates, otherwise they are niche in use overall.

Max up the AA12 shotgun cuts threw them like butter. I’m prestige 4 so even lower tier weapons work till rd 18-20 on apocalypse. Machine guns are the way.

replying to this comment thread because tiers 9-10 were nerfed recently and shotguns are untouched, now is the best time to use them before they are nerfed, I recommend saiga-12k as it’s tier 6 and has the highest DPS in the whole game

Ak15 is most definitely my go to weapon. It may not have very many rounds(79), but it sure makes up for it with the DPS. Doomslayer perk is also the most OP perk, imo. Can't hit what you can't touch!

I know this is outdated but the Thompson in the current event is extremely good. It is fairly fast to get and it is free in the event. It has fast reload, high damage per hit, and fast firing speed. It doesn't have that many bullets per magazine but the reload makes up for it. It isn't able to do insanely high level parts but considering how easy it is to get. I fell like it deserves number 10 or 9 on this list.

If you are tier 6, GET PSSH, IT’S OP. 70+ capacity without any boosters. With pack a punch, you get insane dmg and insane cpacity, 172 rounds in one mag O-o

I like my gangster combo : SPAS-12 and UZI. Those are really cool in pair. SPAS has the highest damage of all shotguns (primary ones) and with AP RIP ammo can two-shot bosses on apocalypse. UZI can help you cleaning up the hordes if SPAS is empty

Yep. Get the shotgun at tier 6. Then from tier 7-8 buy the new shotgun thats available. At tier 9 I recommend skipping the shotgun and getting the minigun. The ammo capacity, fire rate, and accuracy at close range and long range is a beast. I think it's way better than the tier 9 shotgun for mobile and carries you through so much. Stick with the minigun till tier 10. At Tier 10, I heard you can pick whichever gun you want since they are all good. I picked the heavy machine gun since I was a fan of the miniguns ammo capacity and fire rate. But the choice of what you pick to buy first is up to you.

For me the AK47 is the best for quick rounds of grinding mostly if you add the best attachments then you just get a gun with almost intant kill damage i also reccomend using the Double Barrel shotgun (if you got it from the event) cuz its pretty op mostly with ammo attachments

I played zombie uprising and I owned all of the tier 6 weapons. When I tried to buy the tier 7 weapons, it said “own all of tier 6 weapons before unlocking tier 7.” I already owned all of the tier 6 weapons and it still told me to own all of tier 6 to unlock tier 7. If anyone had encountered this problem before, please let me know.

Scroll back through tier 6 and make sure you bought everything. I had the same problem as you until I found out I forgot to buy something. After I bought the last item, the next tier opened up. Hope this helps you out.

Depends on the difficulty if you're on hard or apocalypse then don't do more than 14 if you're on normal do as much as you want
