One year when my husband and I went away on a two week holiday. When we got back our main bath was completely redone right done to the studs. Everything was new. It was such a surprise. That’s when you know without a doubt we did a great job raising our sons. Your children are adorable. You have a great family. Take care.

Sweet little Layla’s reaction was exactly how I feel. I don’t put my tree down until February (since it’s artificial), and there are even some Christmas decorations I leave up year round. I just love all of the festivity of Christmas, and it brings me so much happiness and joy to see it, so I don’t really care what anyone says or thinks about me leaving things up. It never gets old for me!

Layla IS A RIOT! That girl has a future in, well, anything she wants - but entertainment is right up there. so smart. Such big feelings. So expressive. So confident but also so loving and generous. Oh my goodness Layla! When she looked at her daddy and said “ what did you do “ that was way too cute. And my heart hurt for her. Such a sweet family ❤when my girls were little I always left something hidden in the tree. Sometimes I had to put it there after Christmas 😊 but it would always be a little game or movie or something. They almost looked forward to the tree coming down. It made it a little bit better.

We also have a 4 year old, and our pull-ups ran out and I didn’t have a vehicle home at the moment. So I told here she couldn’t wear a pull-up and that she had to go to the bathroom before bed. And to yell at night when she needed to go…. Two weeks since then, and she hasn’t worn a pull-up since nor wet her bed. 💪🏼❤
