Very interesting I've never heard of this type of meditation.... very soothing and relaxing. Thank you for this grounding practice!

This stillness meditation practice is a variation on a Tsazen total silence practice. It's the quickest way to train you mind to be quiet and receptive to perceive those things spiritual and amplify our healing practices. Glad you stopped by and connected.

Hey Latasha, I recommend sticking to 5 minutes of concentration and 5 minutes of stillness for the "psychic & healing" benefits. For longer practices I suggest other meditation techniques. The stillness practice will enhance your experience of other practices. Warmly, Terry
