The new stuff especially, I've tried to keep up with Parker on All This Time as practice here and man... The dude is one of those greats, he has expanded his range so much, not even going to mention White Shores which is also another amazing example of that. One of the greatest pop-punk frontmans of all time, up there with Soupy and a lot of other artists we were privileged as f to get to see rise and shine. And don't forget how NP is helping Parker pull the HC scene together by making pop punk just "hardcore kids playing blink" again. Best kind of pop-punk imo - The fact that they only bring HC bands with them (Regulate, Raw Brigade for example) and play in HC festivals shows you just how much they're respected.

Hard to believe how fast time goes. Pop punk days were the best days.

Same, bro. One random day I was listening and watching some good ol Sum 41 and Quicksand started playing after one of the songs. From that point on... Never ever stopped, whenver I think I'm growing out of it, a new album comes out and changes everything. Proper Dose saved my life in 2018 and IWTD is helping me deal with the loss a friend who was 100% a brother to me. Their art is just so fucking beautiful, and has the ability to reach the deepest parts of my being and soul. Will always carry this band on my heart until I die. Even their side projects: Snarl (dead nowadays), Elder Brother, Same Side, No Pressure, Coldmoon, Pile of Love.... Probably forgetting some. Hell, even the people around them are awesome. Morgan/Mobins Child is an amazing singer and plays beautifully as well. Zach Cannon kills at mixes, Daniel Flashes sings amazingly at Elder Brother and is always around them as well. @@LoneWanderer905 Absolutely. They definitely separated from the pack. Hard to believe, now being in my 30s that these guys have been around for a while. This newest album just hits me in a different way. It’s like they wrote this album as if their fans were sitting with them in the studio. Considering how much chaos and nihilistic crap there is in the world I go to a different place when I listen to this sound. They’re not afraid to let the core elements (drums, guitars, bass) do the talking, while Parker is having a clairvoyant moment. It’s a lot like when I was a teenager, and NFG, The Starting Line, Sum 41, Blink, and a litany of others that were newer to the scene and their albums were the few things I ever felt an incredible need to listen to. I miss the days where I could hang with my bros, and not have much to worry about, besides getting the provisions for fun weekends partying, jamming out and enjoying the moment without the need to TikTok it.

@@benseman08 the wind was like 3-5mph, not significant to affect sound. That was the second show I've been to at red rocks and was disappointed both times. I was smack dab in the middle of row 38/39 so shoulda been the sweet spot imo. Folks were pretty quiet and not really moving much all night minus a few ADTR songs. I love how the drummer keeps to how this part was written by the original drummer, there is nothing to be added or left out, it is absolute perfection!

Been listening to these guys since 2013 while still in school. Watched them as an opening band to kick off a festival in AUS, and to see them out here playing at Red Rocks and still gaining momentum as a band is unreal.
