i've always loved nature and off roading had been a dream of mine but i just couldn't afford it. now im already graduated, have a decent job, and watch videos from you, Shaun, these made me finally get a crosstrek and put some off road gears. the Titus Canyon Rd, the first part of this video, was my first off roading trip, by myself, back in early 2020. Literally one of the happiest moments of my life

Once I reached my 50s, and we became empty-nesters, I was trying hard to find myself. I don't really golf, I'm not a hunter, and I don't fish. However I love ATV trail riding and camping in the mountains. I bought a Jeep a few years ago and started trail riding and camping. Last year I bought my Gladiator. Love your channel for the following reasons. You don't try to make it a cooking channel, which I greatly appreciate. The guys who spend all their time filming themselves using a cutting board and chopping up vegetables gets on my nerves. You don't talk too much, it's a nice mix. The show is about trail riding, the Jeep, and camping. You don't mix in a lot of other BS. I love that. I also think your music is the best. You always tag great music and sounds into the background. I watch a lot of channels when I'm camping and or on the treadmill and you have the best channels for overlanding by far. It's Top Notch. Thank you for everything. I hope you get even bigger sponsorships to do more.

I've been out there around a dozen times and it still gives me plenty to find. Even with all my experience out there I'm still seeing new stuff in these videos. It's my favorite of the National Parks just because there's so much to discover off pavement and away from the popular hikes. You don't often feel like you're "getting away" at other parks with similar visitation numbers (around 1.5 million/year).

Quick shoutout to the clips of y'all setting up camp in the canyon. The music choice on this channel is often something I really enjoy, but the lack of music in this camp setup was perfect, IMO. Sometimes those more candid moments with raw audio is a great addition, I liked it.
@TheStoryTillNow3 жыл бұрын
I've been playing with that a lot more recently. In this canyon, there was a quietness but all the sounds had this really plesant light echo, and I wanted to give you that feeling like you're there. Glad you liked it. 👍

Nice job! We did a very similar 9 days Death Valley family trip at the end of Nov 21', Driving a very similar rig to yours, But Diesel. The vast area between the Rockies to the top of the Sierras offers endless miles of public land to discover. We are very fortunate to have it as our back yard. I was discouraged to see the mishap with the Expedition 1 bumper. I have one on order ( more than 30 Weeks now) i hope it's not a sign for things to come.
