Strad, make sure to look at the salvage yards in Dubai. I’ve already seen salvage 812s popping up after the recent floods. Chances are if you could find a strut tower there, it wouldn’t be destroyed. Because it’s an aluminum part, it shouldn’t rust, but you could still double check corrosion.

James, I worked in aerospace for a lot of years. We used a piece of equipment that a company called Direct Dimensions Inc both sells as well as offers services to produce an exact digital copy. The digital copy can be turned into a CAD file to have a part produced from what everyone now calls "Billet" aluminum, steel or laser 3D printing. Before I'd use a cast part, I'd get a part produced from a solid block of aluminum.

You could do a tube frame chassis tied into a full cage, that way there's a whole new, stronger structure supporting the struts and protecting the driver. Just good luck passing inspection with that. Ontop of using that structure to mount the suspension, you could also modify suspension geometry like using cantilevers and longer control arms.

Sigh unseen - major trouble #1... re-sell value is unpredictable major trouble #2 in this ordeal - so, I would have voted against... next time, do a pole of what your fans think, and use that to your advantage ...

Here is what you do. You find another 812 hit in the rear and get all the parts you need and then sell the leftover parts. You should have an extra engine and lots of usable parts to make up the difference in parts. Send the dash and seatbelts to L and D solutions. They specialize in repairing deployed dashes and seatbelt repair after deployment. They are certified and stand behind their work. You can have all that stuff fixed for a fraction of the price. There is currently a 812 for sale on Global Auto Auctions stie with left front damage. You only need the right front so that would work for you and then you sell everything.

If you can’t find a 812 superfast strut tower see if a regular 812 strut tower would fit

Either put the engine trans in an Lm007 or make a cool Madmax style 812 build, embrace the trashed front end, and go full-blown 12" double bypass and coil overs, and do it similarly in the rear.

get an antiglare tint on your windshield, it’ll help with the reflection. it almost doesn’t have any tint just doesn’t allow uv rays to pass through

Ngl if he gets that 812 fixed it's probably gonna be one of the most valuable 812 Superfasts in existence since it was previously owned by Michael Jordan.
