It's obvious he got caught up in some scams. First he moves to Arizona but is never there. Then he starts a pizzeria but it's been over a year, it was already a subway ffs. He's heavily invested in Vero which is so dumb to think that he can compete with ig. All his "friends" got rich by scamming people and they've been scamming him for years but they give him handouts here and there so he's blind to it. This egg he bought was a Las Vegas rental. He's not an empire builder, he needs to accept that it was luck that got him here. The hard work is a part of it but how many thousands of people work harder than him don't even get 100 views. All this egg did was prove that he doesn't have a plan for his future.

Strad I think everyone will agree with me when I say this, no one hates the car nor do we WANT you to sell it, but you gave everyone the impression it was Koenigsegg or the house, not both, if you can comfortably afford to keep the house and the Koenigsegg then that's what everyone would want. Honestly it’s not even about the car, it’s a Koenisgsiegg! it’s a masterpiece of a car and if you love it we love it. But speaking as an avid viewer for years now, we are just simply more invested in the house than we are the egg. Most of your fans have seen the beginning of your dream house and we love the house and content that you create in and Around it. If the car makes you happy, we are happy. We just thought that the egg was financially stressful and since we’ve been more invested in the house than the egg, to us it was a no brainer to get rid of the egg. I personally have not been the biggest fan of the koenigsegg but if it means that much to you than you should absolutely keep it. I am pretty sure that most of the fans would hate to see the day that the house is gone and that might be the reason they want to get the koenigsegg out but personally what makes this channel so unique is you. Not the cars, not the house, maybe a bit of oscar but mostly you. I have been watching the channel for years and its all so crazy because for years you have been the guy that I watch when I start eating and im looking for a video to watch, when I see you have uploaded its not even a question if Im going to watch it or not, the thumbnail and the title doesnt mean anything anymore because I know it will be the same good trustworthy positive strad that we love. 5-7 years ago i would be going insane for egg content but honestly i just turned 25 have lost interest in cars outside my budget and honestly knowing how difficult these cars can be i doubt i would buy one even if it was in my budget. I would personally would love for u to get another audi. I recommend one of the all time greats a 2015 audi rs5. Very special and unique car plus pretty rare. I miss the stradman i could relate to when u had the tt, the focus rs and even the gen 1 r8. Bring some of that back instead of getting into hypercars

Now those values have climbed and climbed and now he has lost that car forever! When a car has that much value and memories to you, keep it and cherish it with all your heart. Cars aren’t just a tonne of metal and an engine they are so much more than that to us car guys! Now that i understand the egg and the house are not correlated in selling either one, i genuinely want to say to just keep the egg. Like we could go down all the financial reasons why selling it would be better, but in all honesty, who cares? You only have one life, and in my opinion, it's better to spend your money on things you love to do and dreams you have over saving that money for whatever future that society says you need to be prepared for with as much money as possible. There are certain things in life that mean a LOT to you........And the fact that this was really the start of this channel, it's just plain fitting that you, later in life, have the ability to own it, drive it, and ultimately, share it with the car world on your channel. I have the same connection with a 1972 Datsun 240Z. No I wasn't the original owner, but my mom made a promise to the person who was married to the original owner. Her husband bought it off the lot, and drove it as his daily driver for its entire lifetime. When he passed, she said she would never part with it. Unfortunately, she go to the point in her life where she needed to move into a care facility, couldn't drive, and didn't have any living heirs to pass it on to. My mother, as a dear friend, bought it from her and ensured that we would keep it in our family. And here we are today I have a piece of JDM history. So in the same vain, I believe you should keep it. Eventually you're going to have kids, and raise a family. They're going to be the ultimate recipients of your car collection. The car you built in honor of your Dad and this Koenigsegg should be passed on to them when they can be responsible and carry on your legacy.

Christian and his teams ability to engineer a car to that caliber is mind blowing, however if it does ever come to the point that it’s the house or the egg I would keep the house, that’s just my opinion. Now that we know it’s separate it changes things. But if it comes to that moment then the car needs to go. I’ve been here since you got the orange, now carbon, aventador and the progress you have made has been enormous. I truly hope you and Sophia become Mr and Mrs Stradman in the future. I’ve been watching you for over 5+ years. I remember watching you when the house was just a little layout model. I think the only reason everyone is upset is, yes the koenigsegg is really cool but a lot of people here watched the progress of the house build. We all saw the vision you had and watched you bring it to life. There’s still so much for you to do to it and so much more life to be had in the house. I know they’re not intertwined but you built the perfect house for living and being an enthusiast. Obviously don’t do everything just for the sake of what everyone else cares about. it’s your life, your dream car, and your house. The decisions you make shouldn’t be dictated by your audience.

The ending cleared up the confusion for many I think. If it means that much, sit on it. Take the Countach money and make the payments for the year with it and use the money from the channel to fund other projects. Honestly I’ve really enjoyed the house improvement and build-off videos. At the end of this year, reevaluate The Egg. I think theres more content with the egg to come, but that requires it to be here. I think many of us were worried the option was house or egg. The house makes sense for you in my opinion. Theres more content to be had there too. You and Sophia doing insulation, or sound proofing the Batcave, etc. At the end of the day it’s truly your decision. My thoughts as an avid Strad watcher for over 3 years: Strad, we all love the content and have loved it for years on end. We love seeing the enthusiasm and energy you bring to the videos. We all are living our car dreams vicariously through you. With that being said, we do not want to see you stressed out and unhappy. This channel has grown to be something spectacular and should come with the benefits own having what you want. I personally love the koenigsegg content and think you should keep it. I think the house is definitley exceedingly large for only 2 people (and ofc Oscar). It was a great project and a great deal on your channel, but in my personal opinion, it does not bring you as much joy as your vehicles do. I think you should maybe sell the house, and maybe a few of the cars that are not getting much attention anymore. Stick to like a core of 5 cars, build a barndominium garage with a great living space and get some good sized land to maybe do some cool projects on (drag strip, small track, offroad area,etc). Then in the meantime, with the car content, keep doing challenges and build you are proud of. I love this challenge between you and Soph. I think more like it could bring a lot of additional fun to the channel. With all of the being said, I love the content, and will be continuing to watch no matter what situation unfolds. You know what vehicle have more sentimental meaning to you? Your dad’s truck, the one you learned how to drive. We understand that this was your dream car, but you also did the same thing with the Bugatti. You accomplished it, we witnessed and you’ll have a load of memories to look back on with Sophia and your future kids. You have so many other cool cars, and probably a ton more in the future. Honestly, the things you were saying at the end of the video, made a lot of sense. It almost made me feel guilty tbh. None of us hate the car (or at least I don’t) in fact, I love it. The moment you unveiled it, and I saw that it was an Agera, my jaw dropped. Idk, now I’m almost thinking try to keep it at least until you’re done doing the lease payments for it (I think that’s how that works) then see how you feel. I’d feel so bad to see a video come out in a few months titled something like “Welp. It had to be done… my dream car is gone” or something like that, just to learn that it is the Koenigsegg, and that you sold it because you felt like nobody cared about it and everyone told you to sell it, when really, we all love the car, and we didn’t truly know how much it meant to you. People’s wants and needs change. He wanted something entirely different but had to build a house with it for resale value. The prices from COVID really screwed him over too. If he had more cars then it would make sense, but the batcave atm is just storage, heck half the bedrooms are just storage. He could easily downsize and just rent again and it’d probably be cheaper. I foresee him moving to AZ in the next few years. Year round content and his business is there. Thats the 1 crappy thing about utah, you get some snow videos out of it, but id say half your filming days are messed up by snow. Plus the law changes on the dry lake beds killed that side of the content too. Was always fun to watch that but it’s no longer an option now.

You deserve this car more than anyone does IMO. Please…. I’m begging you James DO NOT SELL the Egg. It’s just not right. Fix the car, then separately, sell the house… for numerous reasons! That’s not the house you want to carry Sophie across the threshold in. Not the house you want to have kids starting a family in. It’s a killer car guy bachelor pad. That’s it. Your life is evolving, it’s time to make a decision with not only you in mind. I feel in my heart like you and Sophie are long term, how long I don’t know. But any woman that shares your enthusiasm for cars as she does and tolerates your crazy lifestyle and still loves you like crazy. She’s 100% a keeper!! Also you just started a business. In a whole other state, new businesses are very VERY susceptible to needing a lot more money amongst numerous other things. Having some scratch in the bank from the sale of the house could prove to be very helpful in that situation. So ya James you have a lot to consider but selling the egg shouldn’t be one of them. I know what I’d do, I’d sell the house , pay off the egg and the pick up a new pad that is the transition piece that will fit regardless of where you and Sophie are at in your relationship. You've swayed me a bit. I personally don't care for the egg much, but it clearly means a lot to you. I want to echo what others have said, we want to see you stress free for years to come. The house is amazing, there is so much more content to be made there. If it were me, I'd want to keep the house if I could only keep one, but you do you.
