I don’t mind shout outs to artists and artisans and I like to know where furniture and decor items are sourced when watching a home video. But the Galaxy ear buds promo was jarring. And a lot of the product placement seemed elitist to me. The Verden products featured are very expensive and there’s little reason to zoom in on Soho House matches except to say “see how cool we are.”

This is absolutely gorgeous and I love how excited she is about supporting local artists and makers. Does anyone else notice British people say “kind of” as a filler phrase? I’ve noticed this with the folks featured on this channel and others.

I noticed that too. It isn't generally usually used as a filler phrase in the UK, but it is in these videos. Perhaps because it's a a way of softening bolder, more confident statements. I think it shows nervousness; when she talks about her dining table and says it's her 'most, kind of, prized possession', she could be subconsciously doubting the truth of that statement or worrying about how it will be received, or maybe she was anticipating that she wasn't going to be able to find the right word or expression, and used this 'softener' so to speak, as a filler (as you said), to buy time, but also to down play whatever follows, in case it's not what she thinks exactly. I sometimes use 'kind of', 'sort of', 'a bit' 'a little' and 'somewhat' to do the same thing, I think for those kind of(!) reasons, especially when talking about things that are more abstract or artistic.

Too much marble, especially of the same colour, predictability everywhere, the lack of colour made everything so boring and not enough cosiness for me. You can have calmness and colours at the same. Just don't go nuts with the colour. Plus the product placement was just silly. I did like her pantry.
