Why Kemper is De facto backline in big festivals and concerts is because it is the only gear that you can store your sounds and presets with effects etc and take just your guitar and Usb stick and stick it to the backline and you have your sounds in a Kemper. still no other company is able to do the same, after about 15 years.

Hi Paul. I heard you say that all of your Trem Guitars don't have back plates. I know a lot of players don't use them including Dave Simpson and his hero John Fruscianti. Don't mean to be cheeky but can't understand why , would the back plates not make the Guitars sound more resonant or is it that no black plate negates the boinging sound of the spring's.
