I used the Matchless presets at my gig tonight with my cover band. My sound engineer I've known for 30 years said it's the best tone I've ever had. I was blown away how great it sounded. Used it in tandem with a Headrush MX-5, directly to FOH using IEMs.

The Matchless really lives up to its name. That beautiful rich clean and then the best sounding overdrive channel around. ToneX has done a wonderful job for guitar players , giving them what they need at a stunning price. A real game changer

This pack is amazing. The Matchless Independence 35 clean channel Tonex capture is the best cleanish tone I've ever played with. It also take pedals really well. If there's one thing I could ask for, it would be a direct capture of the amp so I can run the amp capture into my tube amp and cab. I don't know if I would play anything else if I could do that!

Brilliant pack. I've got the Synergy SYN 30 Dumble Pre-Amp as my clean channel and the Cornford Hellcat Drive as my drive on the Tonex One. Both sound fantastic!

These all sound fantastic. The previous one you put up of the Matchless Independence 35 is hands down the best capture I have ever played. That Synergy and Cornford are really great too. I love the way you dial in your mids. I have learned so much from this channel.

Paul, your taste in amp tones is exactly the same as mine. I'm picking up a ToneX pedal to capture my rig (custom amps and cabs) because I 'm really tired of lugging all my gear around to the clubs I play. But in addition to capturing my own rig I will definitely be purchasing your pack 1 captures....they sound incredible!

You could have told me these were the real amps mic'd up and I would have believed you 10/10 times. There are no "digital artificats" or anything like that at all. I've been looking for an amp modeling solution and this has pushed me into the Tone X camp.

This looks really interesting, particularly the off-clean tones sound lovely, and good value at £10... what's that £10,000 worth of amps? A question though, the dirtier tones seem to have a fuzzy edge to them. Is this truly representative of how the amps sound, or is it a characteristic of how the TONEX captures them... or perhaps how your specific captures have turned out? There's not necessarily anything wrong with it, I just favour a tighter gain sound mostly.

I'm surprised at you guys not having a boogie amongst your arsenal. a marshall and boogie, especially a rectifier, sound so amazing in a full band mix. nice collection you have though of el34/84 amps. then there's Freidman, absolutely a massive toned amp, especially in the flavour you tend to lean towards. great video, hope the captures are what we heard too.

I love these, the Marshall tone is fantastic but I came for the Matchless captures! I don’t hear much of a difference between Ch 2 and 3 though. I don’t own the amp so I’m not sure what I should be listening for.

I just found that telly might be the Lung Guitars Origin. Is that correct? Still don't know what pups are there, as they are very secretive about those on their website. But the sound from that axe is amazing! Please tell us what tron incarnation you have in the Origin... Really curious about this one, thx

The presets are the full item amp and cab not seperate.

You can still disable the cab even if it has been captured with the amp. With the Kemper, the cab fx isn't 100% off after disabling, but with Tonex I'm using it with my own IRs and it sounds INCREDIBLE! It probably has something to do with the fact that the Tonex capture device has the amp and cab on different inputs, so it can easily seperate the two. Please correct me if I'm wrong (previously owned a Kemper, but only own the Tonex Max software.. I haven't captured any amp with Tonex yet).

@@davidmultimedia2024 sure for recording these sounds are superb!! i play through an poweramp and a real cab...if i turn off the IR or captured cabinet it doenst...sounds off...thats because its not a DI direcht only amp capture :) just an idea maybe for guys like me who wanted to play the sounds live through a poweramp and a real cabinet ....

I just got my Tonex pedal and yours is the first pack I've purchased, due to your excellent channel and demos! Where do I drop the downloaded models so that they show up correctly in the Librarian on the Tonex app? I wish the app had a better user interface, I've never used IK Multimedia before and it seems to leave a lot to be desired in the UI department. Thank you in advance.

No compression but yes all is from tonex .
