The Skywalker lightsaber is my go-to lightsaber to use. It was also my very first lightsaber when I was started into star wars in 2008. I began learning lightsaber techniques with this lightsaber and have used the graflex ever since.

Anakin was supposed to be the balance within the force. If he had been able to come to peace with his full nature, both his light and dark side, he would’ve had peace and balance within himself. His blade should’ve been purple, the fusion of the light and dark side within.

One person and one person only is to blame for Anakins fall. His name is Anakin. The Jedi Order definitely needed some changing in their ways no doubt about it. They made a huge mistake having someone who just became a knight himself, train the chosen one. Someone of that importance should definitely have been trained by Mace, Plo or even by Yoda himself. To given him to Obi Wan was actually unbelievable and unrealistic. I mean as realistic as the Star Wars Galaxy can be. What the Jedi did to him. ahhahahahhahahah Anakin was a whinny little bitch and was always doing things that Jedi shouldn't be doing. Like GETTING MARRIED. He didn't exactly treat the Jedi and their ways very well at all himself. Accepting him and his power hungry ways? That is not what the Jedi were all about. Of course they needed to change many things about him. His igorance, need for power, whinny little bitch ways needed to be changed. Hating the Jedi is ridiculous. Understanding they definitely needed to do some changing like I said, but hating them, hahahahhaha ok then not a lot of Star Wars understanding going on there. Again now sure how Lucas could make an obvious mistake like not giving the Jedi Council the wisedom needed to see that Anakin's training definitely needed to be done by one of the best Jedi in the order. Not be someone who just became a Jedi Knight himself. Obi Wan was one of the greatest Jedi ever but was not in the position to be someone's master at the time he became one. The Jedi Order should never allow a brand new Knight to become someone's master. Another, "What the hell were they thinking," kind of things. That is what they did wrong to him. Everything else, Anakin did to himself and every living being in the Galaxy. He deserved to live the rest of his pathetic live in pain and misery. But being Anakin, he brought the whole Galaxy down with him.

When you’re discussing Anakin’s use of Djem so around 35 minutes in, one thing I’d like to point out is Anakin’s dueling is much more aggressive and powerful compared in ROTS compared to AOTC.

What the Jedi at least fail to understand is that light and dark cannot exist without the other. To bring balance to the force would mean for the Sith and the Jedi to become one and learn how to harness the powers of both sides. What both sides fail to comprehend is that neither side is weaker or stronger than the other by default, it's their methods that determine their strength. The Jedi were strong for a long time because they could face things while rarely showing emotion towards something in front of them and always left the past in the past. The Sith became strong because they used their emotions as fuel and used the past to determine their future. If they wanted balance, they should show that embracing your feelings is ok but letting them control your actions wasn't and that it was ok to look at the past, relish in past moments or mourn a death from long ago, but not to let it swallow you. If Anakin had learned how to control and embrace all sides of himself and the force, he really would've been the Chosen One, and never would've become Darth Vader.

I like Darth Nihilus because of his power to steal the force from entire planets, and I like Obi-Wan Kenobi because, in my eyes, he is the "perfect" Jedi. 3. The worst part about his character, is that it's not Anakin's fault , alot of this could've been prevented. The Council and Obi Wan is to blame.. Not saving his mother from slavery.. The Council nor Obi wan intervene , by then it was too late. Anakin himself made the decision, that's how strong he felt his mom's anguish.. "The Jedi keep peace in the galaxy to avoid war and protect the wealthy class " Someone once said..

If Mace was as good a Jedi as he thought he would've taught Anakin his ways, taught him that he could tap into his dark side and still be good. Perhaps that would've stopped him from turning to the dark side. Hypocrites. Anakins lightsaber is blue bc that's the color it was when Luke got it in the original star wars so they had to make sure it was blue in the prequels. It's that simple really. If the movies and the lore were thought out originally it would of been purple

Anakin shouldn't have had it widely known he was the Chosen One, this should have been kept secret by the council. Furthermore, they should have had him apprentice under a different master every couple of years to get a well rounded approach to being a Jedi. A combination of not letting the pressure of being the Chosen One and different teaching styles and more experienced instruction might have helped tackle his dark side tendencies. Of course, Qui-Gon would have likely been best suited to instruct Anakin...

a better what if, is if windu was anakins master, or better yet dooku or even yoda those three what ifs would be way better stories, say dooku was ordered by papaptine to return to the order to take the task of being anakins master,in the stead of kenobi, i believe dooku would have seen this as a coo da ta to overthorw the emperor eventually and be able to take anakin under his wing and make him the greatest grey jedi..... if windu took anakin i think ani would have sayed in the light and been like windu embracing his darkness and using it to his advantage learning windus fighting style etc.. if yoda took ani well i think anakin would have over came the emperor and i dont think lue and leia would have come to exist. but i believe it would make for a more boring story... dooku returning to take anakin would be the best what if imo
