Disney probably told them when they revived Season 7 to just do the ones with the biggest story focus on the larger galaxy and canon. the other arcs sound cool, but they didn't have the same big impact on canon that we got. at least Son of Dathomir, Dark Disciple, and even Crystal Crisis are avaible in some way, shape, or form.

@@Autobotmatt428 There was so much they could have done with Ahsoka, but those Montez sisters. Awful. They served a purpose for Ahsoka herself though. Being ashamed, hiding it, then coming to terms with who she was. The sisters were to point out how the people were turning on the Jedi....but yeah, they were annoying. The worst filler episodes that were a total waste of time was the Colonel plankton looking dude and the droids. That was a useless, largely annoying 3 (I think) episodes that even R2 couldn't salvage.

A great way to promote your beliefs and their work that totally won't end with people avoiding the product. The actress in the upcoming remake of Wicked just did this so well. It totally won't result with discouraging people to watch the movie now before it arrives in theaters because she couldn't hold back her ego.

@@Polemistis0416 If i remember right, the same thing happened with the live action adaptation of mulan, where the actress openly supported the chinese government and it flopped hard at the box office because of her opinion. We used to want to hear and see more of celebrities. Nowadays more is less. The best they can do is actually say nothing or at least stay on topic and talk only about their project without any personal opinions. Why should we bother with their interviews when they talk about anything, but just not want we are actually interested in hearing. Edit: Yeah it is really annoying that you cant criticize anything for legitimate reasons these days. Not the best idea to villainzie your audience when you try to sell a product.

Sidebar: A continuity issue that still irritates me. Han didn't believe in the Force, Jedi, etc. He tells Luke that. And with retconned prequel movies/shows, we see Chewbacca had numerous encounters with Jedi, even Yoda himself. In all those years flying together, Chewy never once discussed the Jedi or tried to tell Han it was all legit because he lived through it?

The stories they should have told were the one you just mentioned. 😢 We can dream right lol . This is why I don't want them to do anymore Clone Wars UNLESS they do this. Bad Batch was ok at least but the more I thought about it I just felt we were also robbed. Eliminate the Omega storyline and focus back on Ahsoka instead. Only of my few problems with clone wars was that satine died, I think it would have been better if she lived and had a secret relationship with obi won or he leaves the order, however I understand that it would have changed the entire story line, like padme almost definitely would have lived and anikin probably wouldn't have fallen for the trap. Basically changing the entire story, in saying that they could have made it so the empire forms but the jedi escape to mandalor or naboo. Which would keep most for the original story line for 4 5 and 6.

There is so much lost or destroyed potential... so this is how I think a proper Sequel era could still be done, if Star Wars stops being killed off by KK and Disney. First, we get a new Clone Wars season, a very short one that provides gap fillers 1: We get a duel between Bane and Boba - both survive, and Boba get's that dent in his helmet. 2: The Crystal Arc. 3: Dark Disciples Arc. 4: Kashyyyk Arc 5: The Yuuzhan Vong teaser episode. 6: Rex Top Gun Arc 7: Sons of Dathomir 8: Padmé Mon Cala Arc 9: A new episode covering the initial assault on Coruscant, which leads to Revenge of the Sith. Then we get a sort of Season 8, filling in the gaps and some of the arcs we needed. Then we get Mandalorian - with some rework for Season 3, we get a fixed Book of Boba Fett, and we get Ahsoka, but much better. And we get Thrawn's return, and a full series of Thrawn's Empire, an Empire that lasts for 2 years, and his defeat results in his retreat back to the Chiss Ascendancy, which bunkers down HEAVILY. We see the Peltast Class Destroyer, the Ascencancy class Star Destroyer and a few of the fan designs because they are AWESOME, and we get heavy hints that NOTHING will be able to breach their defenses without suffering *supremely* high causalties - a clear hint that the Yuuzhan Vong would actively AVOID going for the Chiss until much later. And then we get the FIRST Trilogy - Darth Maul and Talon and their criminal empire, George Lucas' Sequel Trilogy. With some hints and such, and we will also know how the Imperial Remnant and Thrawn's Empire remnants in the regular galaxy have accepted peace with the Republic, but the Empire Remnant retains it's own government, though too weak to challenge the New Republic, but too strong to defeat without massive casualties. Both work together to defeat Maul. And in the last movie, we get scenes about reports of outposts on the absolute edge of the galaxy or a few lightyears outside of it, having gone silent, setting up for the Second Sequel Trilogy. THE YUUZHAN VONG INVASION. This setup I think would've allowed Disney to MILK US DRY, but we'd be happy. We'd get proper Star Wars content with some serious HORROR elements mixed in. Or we could have had an Abeloth arc or sorts, who knows. But for now, Disney is content on ensuring Star Wars is just PAINFUL to be aware of. They don't like it nor understand it, and they seemingly don't want to listen to anyone except narcissists who must push their own misery on others. Star Wars just isn't as fun and engaging as it used to be anymore. But with all this... *ideological terror-filled stupidity* failing on a global scale, maybe this will change, and someone will take hold of and guide Disney and LucasFIlm towards profit and happy fans again. I desperately want that to happen, I want great Star Wars content, absolutely amazing content again. I want to DROWN in it - almost literally. I have to hope for a brighter future for Star Wars, for all of Entertainment, really. Without hope, there is no future.

I'm probably going crazy but I swear I read somewhere there was going to be a Mygeeto Arc with the original season 7 that was going to focus on the 104th and 21st, the main conflict was going to be between Bacarra and Wolffe. Bacarra at this point had grown bitter and didn't care about the lives of his brothers anymore just getting the job done and Wolffe who was supposedly disturbed with how Bacarra treated the troops under his command. I just haven't seen anything on it since and it might have been a lie, still a cool idea to me

These might be odd picks but I'd probably choose the Rex and Utapau arcs to be animated Purely because I'm a big Grievous fan and I feel like having a mini arc that heavily focuses on the interactions between him and Anakin and Obi wan would be cool because unlike revenge of the sith we'd have never had the few minute first and only meeting of Anakin and Grievous And the Rex pick because I feel like a dark and gritty story with just him being the only human character would be really cool to see, I'm imagining the battle droid and R2 trying to comfort and keep Rex sane while having scenes of Anakin getting angry and not giving up hope on Rex being alive and perhaps his first ever angry interaction with clones

Long comment haha: The two arcs that I would've wanted to see the most are The Son of Dathomir Maul arc and the Vos and Ventress arc... Maul's arc would've been the best and it wouldn't have left a gap in the series as we saw. I also dont think Ventress' death should've been retconned as her sacrifice had real weight to it in that story. I have to add on to the fact that the Disney final season of The Clone Wars wasn't the one we should've been shown... The Martez sister arc is cringe garbage created for one reason, Ahsoka would've had a brief love interest and Disney did that actor that portrayed her love interest dirty, other censored and retconned things from The Bad Batch arc, and the final arc... Though I know the last four episodes have their fans and it was great seeing Ray Park's moves again in the form of mocap... But that's not how that encounter was meant to go down... They upped Ahsoka's skill level beyond her capabilities because Filoni had to ofc, and even though Filoni admits Maul is the better fighter, it should've translated more onto screen. I know Maul didn't necessarily want to kill her, and he did disarm her, but the brief mention in the Ahsoka novel was how the encounter was to go down originally... Ahsoka knows that she can't win the fight so she, along with the clones, lure Maul into a ray shield trap, and later she chooses to run and save Rex during Order 66 rather than try to kill Maul, hence his line in Rebels "Running away again, Lady Tano"... I'm not a fan of Filoni's careless retcons... They're way too messy in the overall canon etc... Which is why I consider Season 6 of TCW as the final season and include the desired unfinished arcs too. Also, I think the wookies were praying/asking permission to burn the forest as they needed to for strategic reasons... If my memory serves me right. All in all, I really wish George held on just long enough to finish The Clone Wars completely... The Utapau arc, Fett and Bane, the Vong, etc... That is the way of things I suppose...

I have to be ruthlessly honest… we were robbed with season 7. It was an awful season and the last four episodes made zero sense when compared to ROTS and even by themselves. I don’t want to throw out an entire essay but if you go back and watch… it’ll make so little sense

If I was in charge of the show I make changes to the Darth Maul Arc, First part of the Ahsoka arc and the siege of Mandalore. Starting with The Maul Son of Dathomir Arc I would have had Gar Saxxon and the mandalorian maul loyalists to build up their industrial capability to make Canderous assault Tanks, speeders, IG joust droids, M3-A Scyk Interceptors, Dunelizard medium fighters, Kimogila Heavy Fighters, 200 Fang fighters, make the StarViper as a droid fighter numbering in the 800s, 67 Pursuer class patrol ships, 8 Crusader class corvettes and making 3 Keldabe-class Battle cruisers by the time of the siege of Mandalore. The change for the first part of the Ahsoka arc is that when Bo Katan needs Ahsoka, she wants her to save Korkie Kryze and his friends while she discovers the droid fighter factories and ship construction facilities, but during the rescue I would include a scene with Maul hiring a former CIS general/ bounty Hunter that has experience with leading armies and fighting Obi Wan Kenobi Then by the time of the siege of Mandalore, Admiral Pellaeon would join with the 501st battalion for the space battle but mainly to have Pellaeon tease Ahsoka about her old outfit, because I want to add fan service for readers of Star wars the clone wars No prisoners book. The invasion fleet would be made up 3 venator class cruisers ( including the cruiser Tribunal and Resolute) accompanied by 2 Acclamator-class assault ships including Pellaeon's The Leveler with a single Victory class Star destroyer and 3 Consular-class cruisers. So basically how the battle goes is that the lager amount of droid StarVipers overwhelms Pellaeon's and Anakin's bomber & fighter squadrons. Allowing Kimogila hevy fighters and Pursuer patrol ships to take pot shots at the Leveler and the second Acclamator, as Ahoska's 332th troops are in the gun ships flying to the planet, the Second Acclamator is taken out by flak guns and crash lands 6 miles away from the droid fighter factory. As Ahsoka's lands on the capital city stays the same, the clones of the second Acclamator start battling getting attacked by Canderous, leftover AATs tanks and a Force of IG joust droids lead by none other than bounty hunter Durge. Attacking the clones in a similar fashion in the battle of Muunilinst, until Druge fights deep inside the crashed Acclamator until everyone is dead, looking for Obi-wan Kenobi. Fast forward by the time prime minister Almec is killed, a mandalorian clone named Spar/Alpha-02 with his group of True Mandalorians on the side of the separatist alliance takes advantage of the chaos of the planetary invasion and tries to convince Druge to join him to claim Mandalore . Killing both Clones and Mandalorian Night owls alike, after Maul is captured by Ahsoka the mandalorian commade structure fell onto Druge's hands. With Druge knowing that Maul captured and Obi wan not here he decides to join with Spar on winning favors with General Grievous. After Ahsoka leaves mandalore with Maul, and Pellaeon retreats for back up and repairs, Druge and Spar begin a Seige of Sundari traping the Night owls and 332th garrison, Druge wanted to kill all the clones but Spar being a clone himself decides to capture any surviving members of the 332th granting them mercy and helping them take out their inhibitor chips. As Order 66 takes place clone trooper Kicks knowing about the inhibitor chips from Fives made a contingency plan for the 501st, with 45 clones including himself and some clone pilots to help Ahsoka, Rex and other clones with the removal for the chips, as a result a total of 412 freed clones evacuated the Tribunal, later reuniting with the other half of the 332th battalion with spar after the clone wars and assist in Rex's Clone resistance network in the Bad Batch series. I also had another idea for an arc about Barriss Offee before she betrayed the jedi, during the battle of Drongar where we could have the opportunity to Feature Jedi Knight Baylan Skoll. Disney cancelling the clone wars was one of the worst things they’ve ever done and that’s saying a lot. I’d probably choose son of dathomir and the cad bane and boba Fett arcs but Id also love crystal crisis plus dark disciple if they change a few things

The Clone Wars have been one of the best & I watch it over & over again. The writing, storytelling and animation is so on point. I pray we can get back to giving StarWars fans something that takes them to a galaxy far far away……..TSW keep going 👍
