Great review of the board as always from you guys. If you could just take away the background music it would make the reviews a lot better, couldn't concentrate with the cheesy elevator music playing in the background haha. Cheers.

Thanks for the feedback Mike. We've made this change in all of our recent reviews and will continue going forwards.

This is a strange board. The fast release rear is superb. But the board has a fair bit of rocker which is good for lumpier water ( not as good in flat water) than the Edge pro 2.0 but still has the knife bow that would dive easily. All the vids show the nose completely clear of the water . What water do you think it would excel in?

Hi Greg, thanks for watching. The Edge 3.0 is an all water race board which has a much broader range than the the Edge 2.0 Pro due to the all of the differences you have highlighted.

@@TheSUPCompany The point I was making is the fine bow and rocker combination. Also the lower volume nose. There were two of the 3.0 in our race in a gale last weekend on "flat" water. The lack of freeboard helped them across the wind (compared to the 2.0Pro that one of the aforementioned paddlers usually uses). But as we primarily race in a "protected" estuary ( dead flat or shrt sharp chop) our conditions are unusual. the round underneath and fine nose would surely be had to stop it pearling in more open water, sort of negating it as a more all rounder. I am organising to purchase a 2.0Pro at the moment and looked at the 3.0 as well. It seems to be a no man's land board. Now One are pretty savvy designers so I was hoping you may be privy to exactly what they were aiming at.

Hi Andri, thanks for watching. If you are refering to this model recently shipped in a double reinforced box that was damaged in transit by the freight agent; it is certianly not a reflection on the quality of construction. It is instead obvious that the idiots delivering it that put hole through all of the packaging is what resulted in damage of the board. We do not sell damaged boards but damage in transit can and does happen. The fact that this customer notified us of the damage 1 hour ago, to which we responded requesting more images of the outside of the box as well as confirming that the damaged board will be collected and replaced is reassuring for any of our customers new or old that we contine to deliver great customer service.
