It's been brought to my attention that the Arena Powerfin Pro are different and likely inferior to the Hydrotech Tech 2. Arena used to make a fin called the Tech Pro which shared the same logo as Hydrotech fins and have since replaced them with the Powerfin Pro so maybe they are no longer working together if they in fact ever was. It is just me playing detective. My mistake.

Great vid man! Any chance you could do a video on what to eat or how to warm up before a big meet?

Hey, thanks for the comment. I hadn't thought of branching out content into this sort of direction but I certainly could look into doing something along those lines! Maybe not eating because while I have a good idea, I'm no nutritionist and I don't want to misinform but can certainly do meet warm up info going forward. I'll try and think how to put that together.

Difference between agility finis and arena flex paddles? What about improving the feel? The thing with paddles the hand entry has to be shallow to get it right correct? What happens when you have adult onset swimmers who are more likely to have entry on a downward angle? Your thoughts?

I think a bigger surface area of paddle helps keep the hand nearer the surface, so maybe something like the TYR Catalyst or Strokemaker. That being said I think adult swimmers and triathletes spend too much time with paddles!!! The Flex paddles have a different type of resistance and finis are smaller surface area and super comfy, quick to use,!
