On the Sisyphus test they were rolling 100kg boulders up and down a slope until only one was left! Even though people won't admit it muscles can help a lot when it comes to a fight. Being muscular increase your physical strength, gives you a big punch power, strong submissions, better performance in general and you receive less damage from punches or other types of strikes. I'm a bodybuilder and I've had wrestling matches with my friends, some of them are heavier than me, but fat, and I always win. Once I wrap my legs around them and squeeze they're done. I'm doing bjj now so I can combine strenght and technique. It's powerful, trust me.

There are so many different aspects you have to take into account to make this contest entirely equal. Sometimes weight difference makes the contest unequal, sometimes height difference makes a contest unequal. Then there is simply luck.... I hope the competitors realise that it is impossible to have an entirely equal competition. Therefor don't disqualify yourself for not winning this, be proud for the fight you fought with all your heart. I bet a second competition will turn out completely different with others winning. Don't you ever think you fell short because you didn't win all challenges. This reminds me of a story about a soldier in the second world war. In the end he was given the purple heart, for his heroic great achievements in battle. While before that he was refused to join the army because of his short hight, his slim body and bad eyesight. Remember people, your determination lasts longer then a physical 100 competition.

really wish they had done the finals differently. the show was entertaining no doubt but it should've been done in a way where the finals would consist of them having the 5 games (each testing a different component of fitness) and whoever scored the best overall would win. the way they did it was horrible and the order they did the events diminished any chance of fairness in determining the winner. having team games in the finals made no sense either
