I feel that the sound/audio aspect of this drama don't get enough praise. The sound of nature, wind blowing, leaves rustling, footsteps of people walking, and the quietness of the different scenes (eating, farming) during the first half of the drama is really something amazing. Props to the audio engineer and foley artist (if they have one).

Lee min ki has Outdone in this drama. From his character in "because this is my first life" To bubbly, talkative changhee in "my liberation notes", I was so awestruck at his acting in every episode. This drama seriously needs an award. Is it the writing? The directing? The plot? The Actors? Everything is well connected. There are no unnecessary plots, EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE. It is very very hard to find series with almost perfection. Even the dramas we love and are highly rated sometimes have stupid plot holes that we just overlook because we love them but this! there’s something about it that gets to you. I think I have found the best drama this year. Amazing!

I’ve been a kdramas fan for almost a decade now. This is hands on, one of the best kdrama I’ve watch in a while. It felt so new, so fresh, less cliché, you learn so many lessons from it. It was very relatable in many aspects, it makes u think about life and your surroundings. The cast is amazing, the chemistry amazing! I loved every single character, BUT Mr. Gu won my heart. I will definitely be watching more of his work. Good job to the whole team ❤️❤️

My Liberation Notes is one of the best dramas I've watched in a long time. It was calm and measured and very relatable for older viewers. I love how there was very little moralising and judgement...it was really about accepting yourself, not in a negative way but rather seeing your shortcomings as positive things. I did struggle with the abundance of alcohol abuse but even that was approached sympathetically and it made sense in the overall story.

It's been two years since MLN premiered, but i can't seem to move on from these characters. Mr Gu is such an enigmatic character, and Son Sukku really portrayed Mr Gu brilliantly, so raw and full of angst yet charming and endearing all at the same time. His eyes are also expressive, he can convey emotions even without uttering a word. Man! That's truly beyond captivating ❤❤ These days, I'm worshippong Son Sukku...I've been watching his other works like A Killer Paradox, Big Bet and The Roundup. What a genuine talent he is! ❤ Sa MLN, bagay talaga sila ni Kim Jiwon... kakakilig sila kahit sa behind the scenes at dito sa Swoon. 😊

I am certain they deserve an award. Son suk ko and Kim ji won played the role very well. Hope to see them standing on the stage with awards, they should. Salute to the heart and soul of this drama and to all the casts. The series was very meaningful and love language was highlighted there. This should win an award.
