The video is great at giving a rough idea about the topic. I wonder if there is a coursebook that has a multi lvel approach

Look up this video "Facilitating Multilevel classrooms", by Cambridge University Press ELT, so you can see how an activity can be adapted to three different levels. The book they promote is called "Ventures". Hope that helps.

Yes, I liked the principle but she isn't very good.

She gives a lousy example for the last question the principal asked her...to give and explain a specific activity. She did not explain it well at all.
