Dear Katie Perry, as someone who works in dentistry I can tell you that what you're doing is BAD please stop! If anything over brushing will cause more time in a dentist chair not less. Brushing 2-3 times a day (after meals) and flossing regularly is all you need, brushing too much ruins enamel causing more issues and can cause you to need to get fillings still because you're destroying the protective layering of your teeth.
