Thanks for clearing up the dawn essence, ravenpack concerns I had. I was under the impression these could be purchased with real money which instantly killed any interest I had in the game, if this isn't the case though I'll definitely check it out.

Dawn Essence is only from levelling up, deconstructing gear and from the loot bags that drop from monsters. You trade them on the store for Ravenpacks - no way to buy them for real money 🙂

The game director also made it very clear they will never be purchasable in the shop. The reason they are found in that UI was because it was the easiest way to get the system in the game, but they intend to remove them from the cash shop in the future and have said that they feel they shot themselves in the foot by having them in the cash shop on release

Hi mate, is is any other way to get ore, or it’s just go to the caves? With wood or leather you can just plant it in your house or in city, but ore seems little difficult to get, specialy now when it’s a lot of new players and all spawns are taken. Can you give any advice? Nice video!

Ore is hard at the moment because of so many low level players, all the low level areas are camped. 2 of the best places are Bear Cave (Witches Crag) and Dwarves (Barredon Mines) but since yesterday everyone knows about them now so they are packed!

Here's a question: when do you get the opportunity to build your first ship? Is it a quest, or do you just have to go to a ship vendor somewhere with the right materials farmed? If it's a quest, what quest is it and where/when do you acquire it?

You need to do the main story quest in the troll area at Tarnag Mountain. After this you'll get the ship parts!

You can get a different look - that is your player outfit and there are many earnable outfits in the game. Go onto your (X) Character screen and look at customisation - all the outfits you see can be earned by collecting items.

Your character look is actually based on the equiped weapon. You can be full healer and look like a barbarian.

As what I know you can change all your archetypes at lvl 20 so just keep grinding until you get there

You can’t change until 15 but you shouldn’t really need to, at the moment you can’t really make a bad choice unless you’re just not enjoying it

You can't do it anymore, seems like its bugged. Just drag that weapon and delete it, it's only a small Infusion gain, nothing major.

It’s not really the best experience for new players in this game, all the land has been bought and high level players just camp and kill you for trade packs resulting in huge losses for new players.

I was able to watch this entire video while waiting in queue. I'm still in queue now that the video is over. Launch issues (like dying sending you back into queue) and constant server resets means that you will spend an unbelievable amount of time just waiting to play the game. Definitely do not recommend this game right now but maybe in a few months the launch issues will be worked out? At that point this game will definitely be worth a try.

System working as intended, they want you to buy vip, especially on launch week 😅 this game is a long term investment, it's foundation game tibia is almost 30 years old and still has premium memberships. Definitely not something you play for a week and forget about. If you don't want to buy premium to skip queues you'll need to wait until the hype train dies down

It’s not pay to win, you cannot buy the boxes with real life currency. You only buy them with earned in game currency that you get from levelling up, deconstructing gear and loot bags you get from killing enemies.
