I am really sorry If I have wasted your time, So UDDI actually in simple manner similar to yellow pages(telephone records), but actually is a XML-based registry for companies or businesses worldwide to list themselves on the Internet. With the UDDI they can find each other and perform transaction. P.S - I am very clear about the concept, just wanted to give basic definition, This protocol is very rarely used and people don't ask question around it.
