Jesus was teaching His disciples something here when He told them to launch out into the deep. You see the deepest part and the middle part were where all of the fish were. This means that in order for us to effectively win souls to Christ, we must go into the middle part of our respective cities, which would be our downtown area. If we decided to only win souls in our own neighborhoods only, this would be like fishing in shallow water, and you will not be effective at winning many souls to Christ. ALL WE NEED TO DO IS JUST POSITION OURSELVES IN THE RIGHT PLACE, AND THEN JESUS WILL DO THE REST!!! AMEN!!!
