Whats wrong with enjoying listening to juice in my 20s? Biggie is seen as a legend (which he is) and people still listen to him, are you gonna say to the people who grew up listening to biggie "why are you still listening to biggie?" I understand all of your other points, I also agree they're wrong for trying to profit off of him when he has passed and glorifying his drug use, but when you said "you as a juice wrld fan are you not maturing and not wanting different sounds" that didint make much sense to me

i wouldn't mind a few songs coming out around this time since the second is his birthday and the eight is when he died, but these last two albums shouldn't have been released. I understand he has like 3,000 unreleased songs, but a lot of them just aren't finished or good enough to release simply because they are 6+ years old and freestyles. Like the hype songs like attachments with thug or just grails like rental can come out, but the sad stuff like floor it and oxycodone off this album should have stayed in the vault. Maybe his team should've just made a giant like 50+ song album and call it the end, I don't know. It's just sad that probably every couple years there is gonna be a "new" album that sounds the same.

I’ll tell you the same thing I wrote on the comments: U hella dumb if you expected something new from a dead artist, you clearly going to think is ass if you come from that angle. Juice wrld’s music is for his fans people that like him for his sound and uniqueness, not for drake fans, Juice wrld is dead homie! His music is frozen in time because of that, just like any other artist that has passed. He talked about drugs and will continue to do so because that was his struggle and reality when he wrote all of his music. We would have wished for him to sing about how he managed to recover and beat addiction but that is simply something he never got to do. He always made sure to show how drugs are deceiving they take you on a high but also will harm you and ultimately take you to your demise. The album is what I expected, you even compare him to kendrick and Cole like bro???🤦🏻‍♂️ u stupid, they alive they still have a say in their music, juice don’t so don’t expect any different.

i agree the album was ass, but i agree because im so much of a juice fan. i listen to leaked music, i have quite literally over 700 leaked juice songs downloaded. they all definitely don’t deserve an official release but there are at least 100 in there that do that’s not even counting songs that aren’t leaked. i think its fine if you want to stop juice reactions but i really don’t like you saying every song will be ass when you clearly have no idea. of course it’s the label’s fault for how it turned out with how they curated that piece of shit album, but hating on what’s left of the art juice worked on without even listening is a little tone deaf. and of course the music isn’t gonna evolve, the guy is fucking dead. the reason juices first album was still on the billboard charts 6 years after its release is because people like that type of music and juice made thousands of that type of music. and the criticism of a lot of music being about drugs is stupid as shit btw, literally all songs when he was alive was the same shit. all of a sudden you’d want them to pull out an albums worth of shit where he doesn’t talk about it at all? i hope you never listen to any rapper who raps about gun violence and gang life shit anymore either because plenty of rappers are gone through that violence, you’d be a hypocrite. and finally you can say the songs here were ass, i agree, but to say they sound like posthumous edits of just verses put in other beats is disrespectful to juice as an artist however much you disliked the songs.

When I listen to a new Juice WRLD track, I don't hope to hear something different or something new, just wanna hear the dude rap and do what he did best regardless of what era he may be stuck in. I feel like the problem with these albums is that they’re taking songs out of chronological order. In the beginning he’s talking about drugs and it’s in a positive manner same thing with fucking bitches but then towards the end of his life you can hear the shift of his character but when you’re compiling music from an artist that isn’t here anymore, especially someone who was slowly growing as an artist admitting he has a problem and is scared of dying while also having a girlfriend he wants to stay committed to, that artist’s integrity isn’t being preserved and you end up with projects like this. It’s like if Mac Miller’s team used older songs he made and mixed it together with the more recent ones he had made before he passed then passed it off as a concise album. I don’t like they tried to make it a “performance” album, I feel like there are way better songs that got cleared that they didn’t use, I don’t like that DJ Scheme wasn’t in charge of the album… this album could of been a great send off to such a great artist instead it fell on its face and left a bad taste in many people’s mouth

Honestly, I thought this after the first one they did after his death. Folks fail to realize releasing music like this from someone who has passed is very disrespectful and greedy. Instead of letting the artist rest, people are still trying to cling to an artist instead of letting him rest. I've never been a fan of labels that release artists who have passed unreleased stuff, it's just greedy to continue to profit off of them. It has NOTHING to do with remembering them. We have to stop contributing to this, because while you may think you're doing something well, all you're doing is giving the label more money to pump out more of this artist and they will continue to do so until folks stop buying it, but again, they won't so that's why these labels keep doing it. I agree with you Ernest, I've never liked it when labels do stuff like this, it's just extremely disrespectful. Let him rest.

I agree dude. Juice was a goat, but his label just sucks. His legacy was perfect when they ended it with LND. Grade A sucks. Releasing music not just after his passing, but using his music where he talks about him dying of drugs, when he DIED of drugs. RIP Juice 999. LET THE DUDE REST. Ernest speaking facts though.

Honestly, it's pathetic how Juice’s management milk this dude if he were still alive with all these scrapped together albums and pisspoor effort. Then you turn and see how Mac Miller’s family and team are going about his posthumous career with the utmost care and respect, and it makes you ponder where the value of honor went in this life.

I definitely agree that this is his weakest album. Most of the songs are filler tracks and they clearly don't have any bangers left in the vault. There are a few standouts still tho imo. The singles, Floor it, and the song with FOB are pretty good. Very disappointing esp since his label was hyping it up for 3 years. They've said it's supposed to be his last album, hopefully that's true but we'll see.

A lot of people that don't listen to his leaks assume Juice doesn't have any more bangers in the vault but that's the furthest thing from the truth. I will agree that his songs are becoming more stale as a juice fan. The label just dropped the ball on this so hard and not surprised with the amount of sad and emo songs they released after Legends never die.

Ima be honest. with how advanced AI is, and how endless juice content seems to be. I don't even really think it's juice anymore. They just make full songs using small samples and AI. There was a hey there delilah ai cover using juices voice from like 2 years ago that sounds JUST like him. Imagine now, on top of that thick new autotune sound he has in a lot of songs.
