Actually, the Celts originated in Central Europe. They spread as far as Turkey, Ireland, and points in between. There is a large population of people of Celtic origin in Portugal, as well.

Ireland called to me for most of my life. I was finally able to answer the call for the first time in 2002 and I returned for a second trip in 2011. My wings have been clipped, unfortunately, but I have 26 spectacular days to look back on. I loved every moment of both of my visits and consider myself privileged to have been able to answer Ireland's Call twice! Long Live Ireland!
