No. Anyone trying to make that case was not alive and watching when Dan played. Tua could win a SB, but he'll never pass Dan, because as Montana said...Dan was doing things no one had seen in the NFL. He changed the game, and was years ahead of his time. Tua is not that. As much as I like Tua, he's good, but he's not generational. Imagine prime Dan with Reek, Waddle, Jonnu, Achane, Wright, and Ingold all healthy. Jesus H...1984 all over again.

This is William not Kyong. I am 68 and a diehard fins fan. I like Marino as one of the fins best QBs. I placed him as number 2. Bob Greises as number one, and at this period Tua as number 3. Now he just need to produce wins against teams with winning records. Thanksgiving hopefully will be the start of FAFO that the current fins are out for justice.

Looking at the people saying they would actually toss Marino to the side for Tua, they just prove how lousy Miami fans can be. Even if Tua won a SB, still wouldn't surpass Marino. Dan was historical, and it wasn't his fault that he couldn't win a Super Bowl...Tua is playing in a completely different NFL, and he has advantages that Marino didn't have.
