Solana is correct and I'll give an example. You don't sign an undrafted free agent in free agency to be your starter at center. Look at the Lions offensive line and look at Miami's. Grier is putting guys in starting positions on the line that would be backups elsewhere

One more chance for Greer and McDaniel. I really think they have the players. They know their job is on the line and I think they're going to do whatever it takes to win. I really feel this could be the year, this hit home runs in the first to be pics and we're off to the races

McDaniel has been there 3 years and Grier forever. Where is the biggest issue again? Moving on from Grier to suitable GM with total control of all personal moves, including who the head coach is is not the same as tearing it all down and rebuilding it again.

He doesn’t want to say that the players don’t respect McDaniel, so I’ll say it. The players DO NOT respect Mike McDaniel. I’m sure they all like him, but they don’t respect him as a leader, and that is his own fault, for going in there, and presenting himself as their buddy, and not the head man in charge. It’s been evident ever since he got there, that this team, although talented, is very undisciplined. if he tries to become a disciplinarian now all of the sudden, the players are going to buck, because that is not what they are used to from him, and they know that is not his personality.

Stop making excuses for Grier. He has built a soft, non physical team in a division where you have to go through cold weather teams to win. There is no depth and accountability on this team. This guy has been a part of this team for over 20 years. Grier keeps stuff in-house, so when things go wrong, he can say it wasn't him. He has done this before. When things are going right, he is everywhere. The moment things go bad he is hiding in the suite and is nowhere to be found. Ross knew not to have him around when he was giving out bs gane balls after beating the beat up 49ers. Now you let Grier and McDaniel come back and have control over the draft and they could be fired after next season. What kind of thinking is that?

It’s not Rocket Science. Grier with Pats 5yrs… nothing. Miami 25yrs… nothing. Can’t scout, Direct or Manage a team. Numbers don’t lie. Ross too weak to make changes. Status Quo unfortunately.

Grier has had 30+Draft picks with a boat load of money and able to get number of free agents the last 5 years. Failed miserably.Hes not a good GM Move on
