Fangs knew that Grier and McDummy were lost, combine that with players who have no discipline and he probably asked himself "WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING HERE?, I'm too old for this sh!t." Ross and his organization are a joke. Everyone should have been fired 5 minutes after the season ended - but his commitment to insanity is strong. Since Ross has owned this team he's never hired a GM or a HC with GM or HC experience and he's been disciplined by the league multiple times. Miami has an owner problem - not a team problem - signed a 55 year Dolphin fan.
