Cooking Nepali Traditional Style

The traditional method of cooking in Nepal is on a wood outdoor stove made of dried mud.
This sums up what we would normally eat in the evening for dinner, but we had it for lunch today! Roti and eggplant :)

Good work guys :). Your roti wasnt properly cooked, use a soft clean cloth and press it around the edges and when it fluffs. This way you can make the perfect roti hahaha

Life in Nepal is not so hard and we do not cook like that at all...may be only on some villages far far away into hills but not where she seems to be living...she has gas stove and everything may be it’s her choice to cook outside coz the food cooked traditional way is way tasty then in gas stove
