The bus lane has huge potential to be BRT stops on the over passes, you can take inspiration from I35W south of downtown Minneapolis the expressway reminded me of that a little.

Add some lights to the highways to stop accidents. If you add lights to your roads and highways it decreases the chances of car accidents plus looks super cool at nightime

Nice relaxing video to watch. Good job on that one. Im thinking it would be a nice challenge to build a ground level subway from your highrise through suburbs towards industrial area behind the farms that you created in this video. Also add a small bus hub into that giant suburb that allows for transfer to the subway.

The first road to cross after downtown does not need an interchange as it's super close and can be navigates to via surface streets but the second one that goes up over it definitely should get a really compact one. In America, it seems that it's common to have a freeway exit at least once every 1½-2miles near the core and in the immediate suburbs, and then every 3-5 miles on the fringes and in the farmlands, which translates to once every 2 tiles roughly for the former statistic . Honestly I really like what you have here though. If I had any minor gripes it would be that I wish the express took a more easterly route and crossed over the rail line in a soft diagonal after leaving the Lakeshore; simply because It kinda feels like the two freeways are super close together and are doing the same thing, so they might be servicing the same people.

Not sure if already in place but to get more useage out of the bus expressway u could have it from 1 bus station out of town to a downtown one like u did. but then directly link that downtown bus station with a separate bus line that does a loop of downtown of some sort.

I think you should just keep it as an express way for the outer part of the city. Basically taking pressure off of highway the the north. Your industry is missing a lot of parking for employees.

I think that the bus road needs stops along those big streets the expressway crosses, and maybe add a partial interchange at Lake Street (like Yosemite Street and C-470 in Denver)

Consider a split interchange to serve the roads. Fewer ramps serving the same general area.

at 41:26 I was hoping you would make a highway exit there to make sure you're industry and residential vehicles are separate and don't cause traffic. Maybe you should make a bigger interchange with multiple exits.

I think you need one more interchange on your highway. The distance between the two on/off ramps are quite large.

You can make a huge boarding school complex education hub kind of thing in the outskirts of the city with multiple levels of education to satisfy all you future and present educational demand.
