My tree was converted into a Valentine's tree with pink lights and hearts. Kids love it and midwestern winter nights are too dark and cold. Feels more festive. I'm all in now. Green lights and shamrocks already ordered and arrived for St. Pattys and planning the Easter tree now. The kids LOVE it!

My older kids are 23 and 25, Valentine's were small like Jackson's when they were little. Also, yes, I kept most of the Valentine's from their friends each year. It's sweet to look back at the little tiny handwriting of each kiddo who is now in their 20s.

Good luck with the tubes! I had them as a kid and my daughter did too. She actually had a surgery for tubes and to have her adenoids and tonsils removed all at the same time when she was 4.5 (she’s 21 now). Boy - it was like night and day for her pre-surgery vs. post-surgery! No more constant colds and ear infections plus she could hear and speak so much more clearly. ❤😊

Us urban people have Targets too. We got our Target with a cart escalator about 10 years ago. No one even double takes anymore when they walk in. But I remember how novel it was when it first opened.

We have flat escalators in the UK that your cart kind of “sticks” to, because you can let go of it but you go up/down with it 🤣. You can see Oliver is turning into a little man now, his personality is shining through.

We get a real tree every year. It's a family tradition we go out pick it out and cut it down. they are good for the environment and it helps a local tree farmer. You could try it next year and if you don't like it you could buy an after Christmas tree deal for the next year.

It’s so interesting, most of the targets in my area (SoCal) have the cart escalators because a lot of them are either 2 story or the store is upstairs while the parking is under the store. I’m so glad I’m catching up on Tracker videos ❤️ wishing you guys well!

My son had ear tubs (grommets in the uk) when he was Jacksons age, it really has helped with his infections and also his hearing and Omg did his speech also improve so much x

Some of the Disney valentines were very small, my youngest got Wish ones and they were tiny like that, my oldest chose Gabby ones and they were much larger! Just depends on brand I guess!! Happy Valentines ❤ Tracker family!

At our elementary school, the kids were giving out cute pencils, tattoos, stickers, homemade bookmarks. My kids kept their valentine cards for a few years until they were ready to let them go. Fun to go through and remember their friends.

My daughter had hearing loss from ear infections. We went to an ENT in maitland. After her tubes she was able to hear just fine :) Good Luck!

Yes the valentines are that small. If they are bigger then they fold down to that size. It’s small to fit into the valentines boxes/bags.

Don’t worry, Trackers; I didn’t take my tree down until mid April this year…. And my record is May 😅 That pasta looked amazing! I actually still have a box of valentines from my 3rd grade class - I think I kept them because that was the year I moved, and I wanted to remember everyone. I think they’re in the closet somewhere, but…l I still have them, and I’m in my 30s lol.

Valentine cards come in mini size and regular. The box usually says mini. My two kids each bought different ones and they both were different sizes. I noticed the larger ones has less in each box. And my daughter keeps her cards from her friends!

You really should get Jackson tested for allergies. The fluid in his ears is coming from something that is causing the inflammation. My daughter has the same issue and she was tested, found out she was allergic to root vegetables and corn products. It is worth looking into. I LOVE Tim's "Proud of you" speech at the end. Made me laugh and feel proud as well! HAHAHAHA!

We had those same hot wheels valentines from target for my grandson. He’s in kindergarten.. he put his name on his and we put them in a baggie with a couple candies. Many of the ones he got were similar. Oliver is such a big guy and such a happy baby. So glad y’all got the Christmas tree down lol.

My son loves making paper airplanes, and we actually found valentines where you fold the paper into airplanes! And the paper cards were bigger than usual sizes...actually to big to really put them in anything...but I loved the idea. He has extras which is great. My son can have fun with them.

Oliver almost walking makes me want to tell you this… I have two toddler boys (4 and 2) and we had to get rid of our coffee table, once the second started walking, they started roughhousing and hurting themselves on the table… we haven’t had a coffee table in SO long until recently, I got a round ottoman with a reversible top. One side has a pillow top and the reverse side has a table top! If you find yourself wanting to get rid of your coffee table, that’s the move!

I’ve never been to downtown Orlando of all the times we’ve been to Orlando. Lol. I like how it’s smallish, compared to Boston. We have the Zakum Bridge which gives me anxiety to drive over it! Very high over water. Oliver suddenly looks so big! Pretty soon they’ll be running around together!

As someone who is can only hear in one year, I am very familar with those hearing test. Glad to hear they made it fun, because they are super boring when you're older. Also if you're interested there's a company called Uncle Goose that makes ASL building blocks for kids (Age 2+).

The Mickey & Minnie Valentines i found for my daughter at the grocery store were HUGE like greeting card sized except they didnt fold. I was so confused. All the cards she got in return were either super tiny or normal sized like we remember from childhood.
