In today’s vlog we head to another theme park themed vacation home in Orlando! This 10 bedroom 9 bathroom house has rooms themed to Toy Story, The Hobbit, Harry Potter and a themed theater room and it sleeps 28. We got the chance to stay overnight and we had an awesome time playing in Andy’s room and in the Toy Story Mania themed play room with a twisty slide! Jackson also loved pretending to be a hobbit! Very cool that they're donating the 1st stay money to GKTW. Yes, that does look like Judy Garland. And I love that some rooms are so richly themed, but some are just "normal, nice, comfortable rooms", as Jenn has said before. Great mix. As someone with mobility issues, I LOVE that there's a roll-in shower, on the 1st floor - very well though-out! Also LOVE LOVE LOVE the "electronic billboard" with all the diverse info right inside the front door - brilliant! Wow - good point about the Kosher kitchen, Jenn - never thought of that! What totally fun, and immersive theming, just watching (and listening to!) Jackson's glee shows how well-done this is! In addition to all the wonderful theming, I loved the wet bar, and 2nd laundry room on the 2nd floor - awesome!! Gorgeous pool area! I had, and loved Barrel Full of Monkeys too. ROTFL with the camera coming down the slide, with NO Jackson attached to it. Thanx for the much-needed chuckle!!! I SOOOO want to go to a First Watch some day - always looks a bit "different and creative", and SOOO good! Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey. Yes, kosher kitchens DO have double appliances because they keep certain foods separate from others. They even use different dishes for different types of food. But the number of people who keep strict kosher is minuscule. That is not why they do that in rental homes. They do it because if you have 16+ people staying there you have a ton of groceries, you would have a hard time getting all the dirty dishes into ONE dishwasher after meals, etc.

Having former in-laws who maintained a kosher kitchen it would be nearly Impossible for rental home to maintain kosher requirements. Also for kosher kitchens there needs to be two of everything: appliances, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, serving dishes, etc. I think the owners just provided appliances that would support the number of people the house can sleep at one time.

If it was kosher they cannot put meat and dairy together so the dish washer would have to be labeled to not put in dairy plates etc… I think it’s just two dishwasher so more plates and dishes no need to hand wash. I’m not Jewish but some of my friends are that’s why I kinda know a little :-) loved the house love the vlogs ty

I can see the kitchen being set up as Kosher-style, which would explain the two fridges/sinks/dishwashers, but unless there were two whole sets of dishes/utensils/pots and pans and explicit instructions to not mix meat and dairy, or have shellfish, or pork, it's probably not a full Kosher kitchen. Plus having a rabbi come and make sure the house was re-Koshered between guests woud probably be time consuming and expensive. (Jewish, raised with a Kosher kitchen, so speaking from personal experience). It's probably just more convenient to have doubles of stuff with how many people the house sleeps.
