I’ve noticed that Disney puts in a bunch of California references to various things that I feel a lot of people who don’t live in SoCal wouldn’t get. For example, that Los Feliz Salad on that menu is a reference to the Los Feliz neighborhood (where I grew up) in LA that isn’t too far from Burbank/Glendale. It’s the neighborhood that Walt Disney first settled in when he moved to LA in 1923! In fact, lots of place names in Orlando actually has its roots in Southern California (eg. Buena Vista; Hollywood; Hyperion; Carthay; Los Feliz; etc.)!

I loved castaway cay, although I would warn anyone doing the snorkeling, to put on a waterproof factor of 50+ sunblock before getting in, and immediately afterward. - speaking from someone who did the first, not the latter, and got severe blister sunburn as a result.
