ok, this is where I begin. I found this review likely one of the best. I test drove this car in late summer. It is an incredible drive for the money. My first Tucson was the redesigned 2016, which I traded up to the 2019 Ultimate. I have zero complaints about this product. They are comfortable, and a great driving machine in my opinion. I do get that you guys try to engage all driving styles, however, this car is meant to be efficient. I dare say there are few Hybrid's out there that give the driving experience that this one does. In my opinion, it's like sitting in a Genesis, and the comfort and power are just what I personally love about this car. As for the lack of physical buttons, yes, I agree with you, one get's used to it. In closing, the only frustrating part is that I have to wait until May to get mine, as I ordered it after driving it. Since it's a brand new redesign, the question of long-term reliability is probably the biggest demerit for this vehicle.

The infotainment screen in particular collects a lot of fingerprints / skin oil, but the display is also nice and bright so you can only see it when the vehicle/display is turned off. I recommend either keeping a decent sized microfiber cloth in your glovebox or, if fingerprints *really* bother you, there are stick-on covers you can buy for all the piano black surfaces in the Tucson. After reading the forums and the nightmare that ppl are going through with the 2022 Tucson, I think I am now second guessing on getting a Tucson and avoiding going through the headache of transmission issues or jerky transmission experiences and just getting calligraphy.

Is there any car that you turn on and doesn't bomb you with those beep sounds
@jgonsalves223 жыл бұрын
If you put on your seat belt before you start any modern car, the beep will not play.

Adaptive cruise slams on brakes giving low score for smooth driving. @8:00 redlines the tach (during 700 mile break in?). Get better mpg in lower trim "Blue". Easy to get 40+ in combined (under 55). 30 mpg Highway @ 70MPH. Engine kick in I don't feel but notice when engine shuts off and EV only mode starts. 100,000 battery warranty does not transfer to 2nd owner. Ends at 60k for second owner. Dealer lied. No Spare tire. Get trailer hitch before delivery if you want one or end up like me being promised something that I'm taking care of ($500).
