I want to buy one. I just want to know if the device comes with a ball attached to it. Also how often do we need to change the ball ?

How would we know if the ball would surely clear the net height level or not by practicing like this???

You wouldn't. It is useless gimmick. Tennis influencers pushing it becaus they get paid to do so.

@@silverwolfgecko7064 How is this helping besides slowly tapping the ball to make it roll? You can’t even properly hit it without this whole gadget to fly away. I know it is supposed to help you with creating the muscle memory for spin generation but does is help anyone besides total beginners to actual on-court play? You could just as well do slow controlled shadow swings with the rolling/windshield wiper motion in your room. Just because they placed something resembling a tennis ball for you to roll does not make it realistic or useful. Also for proper penetration just brushing the ball is not enough, and this gadget encourages only brushing. You need a blend of hitting through + rolling over the ball. Hitting through is impossible with this device as I mentioned already.

@@Stu49583 exactly, this is for beginners. Unfortunately, shadow tennis is not as transferable for most people. This is one step closer and makes that transition easier. Next step is playing with each other at the service box (where there is no need for a full swing, just adding a short backswing is enough. Afterwards you just add more and more backswing when moving on to full-court. I'm a tennis trainer and have worked with kids to beginner adults and especially adults have benefitted immensely from this to understand where the ball should be hit (i.e. in front of their body, not on the side). It gives them time to understand and feel the differences.
