For me, I have to start with very small loss, because my nerves hijack my senses if I have too much money on the line, and its not going well. So, I tend to make big mistakes when I have wagered too much in a trade! This is old advice, but extremely accurate! If you are stressed over the trade, you bet too much!

So your trading with emotion. That is a lose lose my friend. You have to remove emotions from trading. Never be to excited for a win and never be to upset at a loss. Stay even keel at all times. Trading requires logic and analysis. There is no room for emotions there.

I like the first video but i dont agree with this one, you cant use good risk management and increase position size at the same time. starting with £200 using good risk management will take years, £200 with high risk you would need to be very lucky or knowledgeable to survive the first 10 trades. . .one year i started with £200 and i finished the year with £205, , , thats a huge amount of effort for £5,
