I don't think so because GOTY is impartial and evaluates things that DOOM doesn't necessarily have. Like story or deep characters, but when it comes to gameplay, level design and soundtrack DOOM performs above average. (average of GOTY's)

Everyone knows why, but that doesn't mean we wouldn't like him to return. We obviously know that probably will never happen, but the new Doom music isn't Doom enough without him. I think Andrews music (I think this is Andrew) fits this game more than it did in TAG do to this one being more brutal and aggressive, but still.

Levy definitely understood Mick's philosophy more since his songs felt more melody and rhythm based as apposed to aggressive brutality. But brutality is this game's whole thing so, maybe that's why it's just Andrew this time and not Levy.
