Thelma Hi Did u know that insomnia is also the cause of lack of Vitamin B ( reason why the heart gets enlarged too). So ditch those energy drinks red bull. Monster, etc. Start eating cereals, fruit, veg. Almond milk, goats milk.sounds, nuts , seeds ( not apple pips which may b harmful to health). Insomnia is also caused by over thinking and stress level going up high. If you have high blood pressure please start bathing with salt and start eating fruits as this helps to lower blood preassure. love n light from the sister you never had from England. Peace out. A little while ago I was travelling and when I got to the train, I first saw 444 in a sign for gasoline price and almost immediately after that "YES" in a license plate. Later that day I was feeling down and thinking if what I'm doing is worth all the effort, and then rememberd that 444 and The "YES". I took it as a sign that yes, I am doing exactly what I'm meant to do and that it is going to be worth it :)

I’ve been seeing 444 before and right now that I’m currently talking to this guy. It is so nerve wracking, I’m scared to open up to him and be vulnerable. He is the very same way. We can feel that we have strong feelings towards each other but we want to take our time getting to know each other. I want to be in a relationship already but he isn’t ready yet. You may have blockages. Start saying "things are just getting Better and Better" and that will start to happen in bussiness, in other aspects of your life too. Also it's important to give some money in your name to the needy/ charity. Can be furniture, clothes. Dishes, Whatever you can afford. STOP TELLING PEOPLE YOUR IDEAS AND PLANS. Everyone doesn't have to know everything. You have the right to know everything about YOU. Trust your heart always.if it feels wrong then Don't do it. Also how tidy / clean is your home/ kitchen/ cooker/ oven/ working area? Must be clean and tidy. Any broken mirrors in the home? Get rid of them. Mirror must not face another mirror. Sew torn pockets before giving away clothes / putting them in washing machine ( check pockets for money ,lottery tickets,jewellery/ receipts). For those of you who dont like cleaning or dusting START ASAP as it unblocks paths. Clean mirrors/Windows. Do you have furniture which blocks the windows? Move it plz because windows are eyes to the soul. helps. Declutter your wardrobe, under the bed remove shoes please. Cover mirrors of bedroom before u go to sleep. And where is you bed facing. Which wall is it against? If its against the toilet wall then move your bed against another wall. Are you also paying attention to your homes front door? What do you see. Is it inviting, welcoming. Are there dead plants or healthy ones?. Is door clean. Floor clean, sweeped? Any broken tiles or wall/ bricks?. Am I making any sense?. Looking forward to an update. Take one step at a time.
