Next time, try also "Bunyols de carbassa" (pumpkin fritters) with chocolate (in Fabian and other places), all i pebre (ale potatoes, garlic paprika and water casserole), patatas bravas con alioli y pimentón, and "blanc i negre amb faves i alls tendres" plus 2 or 3 esmorsarets as Casa Rakel, El Trovador, and Felix Pixcueta. Ask your friends about it.

Yeah, not rats - rabbits - you should correct that. It's quite offensive to say that Valencians dine on rats, especially someone who calls themselves a travel coach. Please don't spread misinformation.

It is correct, the original paella was with RICE RATS, now extinct, more similar to rabbits, than common rats, but it was rice rats, that they killed to avoid them to eat their rice.

En origen fue con rata de la marchal , es una rata autóctona de la laguna de la Albufera que se alimenta durante siglos de arroz su aspecto no es el de una rata común , si quieres en la zona te pueden preparar una paella de rata de marchal , en otras zonas se hacía con conejo que es lo habitual en las arquerías de la huerta valenciana

Thanks for the video, but you should really go back and correct a few things. The park is not called Rio, the name is Turia and it's not 14km long. The length is 9km. It was created after a big flood in 1957. La Estrecha is the narrowest house in Europe. Lastly, admission to the Serrano Towers is 2Euro.

They were right, in Valencia city we do not say Turia, we say "el riu" or "el rio" even the name of the river is Turia and the name of the park is Jardín del Turia.

Consejo de un Español no pidas sangria en restaurante la gente del lugar sabra que eres un guiri ( turista extranjero ) ya que casi nadie Español la pide en bares o restaurantes se suele hacer en casa

Mi marido es español y de vez en cuando pedimos sangria en un restaurante. También algunos de mis amigos. Es verdad que es más común tomar una copa de vino o una cerveza con la comida pero igual es una experiencia para los viajeros, probar sangria en España aunque no sea casera.

yo soy de españa (vlc), y también pido sangría o tinto de verano muchas veces. Lo prefiero a la cerveza a veces. Mis amigas también piden lo mismo en ocasiones, sobre todo en verano
