As someone who has studied the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet, not the Ale), the schwa is just a upside-down e except it sounds different then e. The uh sound is correct.

perhaps the only thing that could be done was to slow down the pace and aim for penalties. It was risky but worth it, the players were very tired. ps plymouth- Bolton 2-0
