not a villain at all, but just wanted ro point out as an X-Men character i feel many people look down on storm a lot since they just assume she can make it rain and thunder (since the movies nerfed her to crap), but in actuality her ability allows her to manipulate all kinds of storms, and that includes those that occur in space, so that basically means she can absolutely destroy a planet if she wanted to. seriously unknown stuff to people who were never aware!

Emma Frost was the biggest fumble they've made on screen, not including Phoenix, and it makes me so sad. They sidelined her hard because they didn't know how to use her properly. The White QUEEN is not a goddamn henchman to be used as just a glorified ice cutter. Comic Emma would destroy live action Emma out of disgust. There's a reason she was used to replace 2 characters at once in the comics and they need to do her justice -_-

The thing about Juggernaut is that in the comics, he could accelerate his kinetic energy, making him virtually unstoppable as he plowed in a single direction. That was also one of the main reasons he was named Juggernaut, not just his hulking size.

Maneto power is planetary level. Juggernaut: He is one of the strongest beings in the universe. He is often able to best Thor and Hulk in battle, as even the strongest incarnations of Planetary Hulk cannot overpower Juggernaut. He stands almost ten feet tall and weighs close to 2,000 lbs. Even at this immense size, he has the ability of superhuman speed. His huge leg muscles can carry his frame as fast as 600 miles per hour Juggernaut is a very durable being. He cannot be physically harmed in any way. He also wears indestructible, completely unnecessary body armor. If there was a physical force that could somehow manage to penetrate his armor and damage his body, it would first have to make it through a force field that Juggernaut constantly has surrounding him. This force field can stop any and all physical attacks. Nothing can penetrate it, even Cyclops’ full optic blast, which is said to have the power to rip a planet in half. Good luck getting through that outer layer of protection to harm Juggernaut.

I love Emma Frost’s powers. Her telepathic powers can have her learn anything from any one just by them being near her. She can be the best doctor just by visiting a hospital. Then her other form doesn’t require food, water and air to live. It also makes her durable, super strong and unable to be psychically notice and controlled.

Personally, I'd put Apocalypse above Shaw, and Shaw above Magneto. Magneto only killed Shaw by way of Xavier putting a freeze on Shaw so he couldn't fight back against him. Mind, Magneto could have killed Shaw if he had full mastery of his powers at the time, but it wouldn't have been a sure thing. Shaw was typically arrogant and took it easy on Magneto, as villain boss characters are wont to do. Shaw has the potential to unleash devastation around him. Magneto just isn't _that_ durable, and Shaw also has that whole anti-aging factor going for him. Apocalypse was only stopped by the Phoenix, and the combined might of the rest of the team fighting him was little more than an inconvenience, as I recall.

It's a shame that both the movies and comics seem to underestimate just how immensely dangerous Xavier could be. *Just* the ability to flawlessly read minds would all but ensure that - if he wasn't in the pocket of one of the world's intelligence agencies - they'd quickly find a way to neutralize him. Add on top of that the ability to psychically control people and you have someone who could very well be one of the most dangerous mutants. To kill someone, Magneto has to use something metal. Most mutants have to close to melee range to use their powers. But Xavier? He could pretty much kill any normal person who pissed him off with literally a thought ('Find the nearest building over 5 stories and jump from the top of it.' or 'Take out your pistol and blow your brains out.'). Add on top of that Cerebro and he suddenly becomes an existential threat to all mankind. One of the dumbest things in the original X-men movies was how, after Magneto tricks Xavier into almost wiping out humanity, nothing apparently came of it. If tomorrow every human being doubled over with a blinding headache all at once without any apparent cause, you can damn well better believe that every world leader from here to Timbuktu would be scouring the globe looking for answers.

I think that people dont understand how incredible powerfull shaw was, cuz his energy absorption appears to have no limit at all, and since he can absorb literally anything, including melee attacks. Hes simply too powerfull to be stopped. His only weakness is telephatic control, if it wasnt for Charles, magneto dindt stand a single chance against shaw.

This reads more like your favorite villians, than the most powerful ones. Sabertooth isn't even as powerful as Toad, Striker is just an evil guy, and Trask is way more destructive; viper gets her arse handed to her by a little girl with no combat mutation, and everything she can do Toad can do better, and he can do a lot she can't do; Mystique isn't powerful but just posseses a useful ability, Apocalypse is the most powerful one listed; Prof X says in X-1 that there are far more powerful mutants than Wolverine, so his evil twin shouldn't be on this list considering that back then the characters had hardly any powers, but wolverine's haven't really increased through the series, except being in better shape; Dark Phenix kicked Eric's arse in X-3, when she was a villian; the Aliens in Dark Phenix could kicks half of this list off the planet, and btw have all the powers of Mystique, plus are basically stronger and tougher than Asgardians; the extras in X-3 could knock half this list off; Multiple Man didn't have a fight scene in the movie, but is basically on Quicksilver's level of mutation, and we all know how he's insanely overpowered, etc

I would say Dark Phoenix is the strongest. She can destroy everyone in this list. Not only that, her power to consume stars and planets like a breakfast is scary. Only her can go to space and manipulate whatever she thinks of without using a space suit 🙄

Magneto is so OP it's insane. He manipulates _magnetism_ , so not metal per se, but the actual fundamental FORCE itself. Plus he can do it on a crazy small OR large scale. The movies simply don't do him a shred of justice.

Magneto can't fly. He imitates flying by manipulating metal. That's why he had to create a metal disk to step on when escaping the plastic prison.

He actually can fly. He does so by manipulating the earths magnetic field. I interpreted that scene as him being in a cell designed to negate his power. Like a big faraday cage which nullifies the earth's magnetic fields. Hence why he needed some metal inside the cage to manipulate.

The most overpowered villains are the Sentinels, for sure. The most frightening as well. One of them would eazily deal with anyone from the top10-top4. More Sentinels would be needed to deal with the top 3, if they could at all.

Possessed? That power belongs to the Phoenix Force, a separate entity that uses telepaths as hosts. If Jean uses it's powers, she will release a cosmic entity made of pure psionic energy that destroys worlds to remake them a new. Not a good idea.

Just based on the powers they posses, I think Apocolypse is truly a God. I'm not sure how anyone can ever defeat him without a director ploy. I'm not sure who imagined and created that character but the idea of such a powerful being just blew my mind. I'm not talking about the stunning visual effects and distruction he cause in movie.

All of these villans are easily stopped by the applications of a little brain power. 1) Viper - Shoot her and burn the body 2) Emma Frost - Diamond skin, shatter her body with a high intensity speaker emitting 319 GHz, which is the resonant frequency of diamond. 3) Wolverine - Simple pitfall trap which has been used for thousands of years. Water or mud in the bottom would work but cover hold immediately after trapping and fill with concrete to permanently solve problem. 4) Striker - Active cell phone cameras live streaming interactions with him. The very first politically embarrassing thing he does that makes it onto you tube and his superiors will take care of the problem for you. This is the same overwhelmingly successful approach that constitutional auditors use to expose and eliminate dirty cops. 5) Sabertooth - Simple flamethrower, continue use until dust. Problem solved. 6) Victor - Same pitfall trap as wolverine. 7) Mystique - Just show genuine interest, empathy, even love and you will have her wrapped around your little finger. All she ever wanted through the entire series was for someone to see who she really was and accept her as she is. The only reason Magneto got her loyalty is that he accepted her as herself, but he never loved her and she knew it. Anyone would could provide both could completely disarm her both physically and mentally. 8) Juggernaut - Again a pitfall trap would be most effective, though instead of filling the pit with concrete at the end fill with an epoxy resin which remains flexible when it dries. To initially restrain or force into the pit you could even just use a firehose, or hoses. Momentum doesn't help when your feel are blown out from under you by a massive stream of water. 9) Apocalypse - This one is particularly ridiculous (the first mutant and somehow significant more powerful than any which follow). There is not even a remotely sci fi justification for evolution to produce a supreme being like this eons ago and then take massive steps backwards again for no reason. Apocalypse is known to exhibit the classic villain trait of monologuing about his evil plans. So insult his ego or intelligence enough to keep him talking for a few minutes trying to explain how dead you are about to be and how he will win in the end, then have someone walk around behind him with a knife to the brain. Alternatively use time travel as they always do just before the world is completely destroyed, go back to when he was entombed, put him in a rocket, and shoot it into the sun. An expensive undertaking but vs losing the world, no brainer. 10) Sebastian Shaw - He can absorb any form of energy. Use liquid nitrogen. There is no energy to absorb. Freeze him solid then use an ice pic. Problem solved. 11) Magneto - Use weapons made of high density lexan plastic or ceramic. If you want a ranged attack he doesn't seem to be concerned about people firing bullets at him since he can even stop a lead (non magnetic) bullet mid air. Make the bullet out of ceramic, plastic, stone, literally anything that is not a metal. DUH!, these shows loose a lot of credibility when no one in this universe thinks of that. Its like its so obvious you have to be intentionally ignoring it. Alternatively almost all of these mutants could be stopped with a simple nuke. I mean if its nuking a city even vs them destroying all of humanity or the entire world, again, no brainer. Wolverine did not survive a nuke. He hid from it underground with only minor exposure. I know someone was thinking that. A direct hit would have instantly vaporized him. The most likely survivors would be Shaw and Apocalypse. Shaw might survive but it is highly unlikely if you drop 3 nukes in a circle around him. He seems to need to use his hands to direct his absorption powers. So even assuming he knew what direction each blast was coming from he could only protect from at most two sides at once. EVEN IF he had some instinctive ability that allowed him to survive the blast he would quickly suffocate as all the oxygen for a great distance would be burned up in the blast. Apocalypse could teleport away but again a direct hit or even a close one and he would be vapor before he even realized what had happened. Even an incoming missile would stand a great chance of success as his character would most likely stop and hold the missile near impact prompting another monolog about how your patheticl human weapons cant... (someone at base hit the detonate button, yea, its a nuke, it doesn't actually have to physically hit you)

The crazy thing about magneto is that, if he focused hard enough, he would have about the same powers as Apocalypse. There are a few primary forces binding elements of the universe together, but one of the strongest and most ubiquitous is the electro-magnetic force.
