Hi Chris, you're lucky to have a great right hand woman in Christine to laugh at your dad jokes and help move everything. This man had a great,clean collection.KB stands for kitchen beer and DB stands for dinner beer. Tooth tried to match beer with food like wine.

Thanks Chris, it's been fun to tag along with the pair of you in this clearance, you've certainly both put the hours in already and lots more to do yet ! £2k seems a fair amount tbh, when you balance out the work involved vs the likely resale values, if it was easy people would do it themselves and they wouldn't have your accumulated knowledge and experience !

Have you ever had a seller reneg after you posted videos like this with the value of the items? I was wondering if posting publicly has ever had any negative side effects, touch wood I hope not. This will definitely be an interesting series. Im happy that Christine is on board with the deal and that you guys are working together on this one :) This video reminds me not to collect too many things because when I die, my family members wouldn't know the value of the things I spent so much time and money collecting and it'll just be hardwork/trouble for them. I guess it could be enjoyable while I'm around, or maybe it could be a lesson to wind down possessions towards the later years in preparation. There is another channel on youtube called curiosity inc, but I cant stand to watch that channel the way they throw so many things out, it hurts. I appreciate that you try your best to keep as much value in circulation as possible even if its at the cost of profit!

We used to watch Curiosity Inc quite a bit but not so much these days! Yes, Alex is quite wasteful and we don't always agree with his methods - I guess everyone has their own strategies though. Now that he doesn't have a shop, he only sends the better stuff to auction and does donate quite a lot which isn't so bad. Yep, it's a good lesson to downsize as you get older. I think my kids are a little nervous about my hoard! 🤣🤣 We used to tell people about our videos on cleaning up their place, but don't usually now as some people do get a little funny about us making profits! Crazy hey! It's easier just not to mention it!
