So if there's a future budget available for splitting payments, we've already eaten into it.

it seems crazy the way players contracts are structured. It seems if they feel they are not paid sufficiently the can ask for more with 3urs to go on their contract. Yet, the club cant negotiate down contracts of players who under performed or rarely make appearance due to injury. Im not understanding why there aren't caveats in these contracts to deal with these situations.

I can just see new left back 40/50 £mil Mendes chasing back holding his hamstring because Bruno's lost possession for the 100th time. A good ball carrying no 10 will take the pressure off the defence and break the opposition defensive lines to free up space for our striker
