Tug, thank you for re-uploading all of your videos. They got me back into Thomas with a new appreciation for it after I left it in 2017. I’ve also shown some of them to my family, along with Trampy’s movies and Project Tiger Moth. This was the first one I showed them and they think it’s pretty interesting what the Thomas fandom does. I remember you said at some point that you were gonna review all of the Star Wars movies in the style of the Cars video, do you still have plans to do that? It’d be interesting to see what my dad would think of that lol. Anyway, thank you again for these wonderful videos.

@@tonyhakston536 That same picture also pretty closely resembles the J11 compared to the later illustrations with a more domed firebox and altered cab windows. Only real variation in the black James from a J11 would be James would appear to be carrying the smokebox further ahead of the front drivers. Either way, it wouldn't be hard in Sodor lore to make a case that James was a rebuild engine from a wreck, or like Henry was a one off experimental, purchased, wrecked, and rebuilt, albeit not as extensively as Henry.

So the Lancashire and Yorkshire railway class 29 2-6-0 mogul was a locomotive concept that was created, but was never built still the L&YR class 28s would look great as 2-6-0 moguls it’s just how I see it but the one thing to ask was there a reason why the Lancashire and Yorkshire railway class 29 was never built I mean there are many locomotor concepts that were canceled one of the reasons I can recall is because of the outbreak of World War II but what about this locomotive? Was there a reason why it was never built?

Hot Take: Like FirePorter, James in my personal AU is a SECR N Class. Nothing wrong with the L&Y Class 28, but I though it made James roughly the same size as Edward, so like how Henry was a one point a Medium-sized engine, N Class James would get the same treatment that Atlantic Henry never had.
