Exploring Shangarh - a village in the little known Sainj valley !
Shangarh is a lesser known village in Himachal Pradesh that is sure to leave you in awe. Located in the Sainj valley of Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh, Shangarh is one of those offbeat places in Himachal you wouldn’t want to share.
In this episode things have taken their own course - from spending a day wrapped in blankets to exploring Shangarh meadows & Raila Twin Towers with fellow hostellers to experiencing a few days in HOUSE OF STORIES. This was one place which will always have a very special place in my heart

Himalayas is highest and most beautiful mountain on the earth...there is nothing which is comparable to the Himalayas...so please stop comparing Himalayas with swiss alps..Himalayas is most unique and most beautiful and versatile landscapes. I had been to this place in 2019 and was completely blown away by the unspoiled, pristine beauty of this place. Your video took me back to those fond memories. Two days I spent there and literally did nothing but to spend the whole day at the meadow. Superb video 👍

The stunning beauty of Shangarh, midst of snow clad mountains and clouds hovering around, is incredible.. Some one has rightly said that it is no way lesser than Switzerland as far as nature's bliss is concerned.The exquisite wooden carving on Shiv temple shows how the craftsman have integrated their skills and patience to make a beautiful temple out of wood... House of stories speaks volumes of people's common interest of visiting this place..The serene and secluded environ, perfectly, is an ideal place to carry out work from home..And if it is attached with a cafeteria, visitors can not tend to restrain.. Overall, people visiting Shangarh are not only carrying out their work but are also having a great fun time.Too good..

I really appreciate your content ! Your clip is one of the reasons i want to leave everything and start all over again in Coonoor..like a small cafe or something )) I lived in Switzerland for 4 years and learned that swiss are not that interested in showing their best places to tourists. In other words they keep the best hidden so that over crowding doesnt spoil the beauty. In fact there are also hidden restaurants which are almost inaccessible to outsiders. I know much cos the mother of my son is Swiss and its only through her i could experience such places. Even Indians staying in Switzerland have no clue about such places! I think its high time us Indians too learned something similar so that these places will be preserved for years to come. The other place I've loved to stay is Manali )) but the overcrowding makes it impossible to enjoy anything there. Yes u can always go to offbeat places but u get the point )) Thank you for your amazing videos! Would love to see more ) Also maybe u can try this "if u like my video/content please buy me a coffee" which i have come across in some blogs and even YT clips..

Nice vdo..with one big drawback.. you mentioned Shangchul Maharaj Temple and showed a few close ups but the real beauty was in whole exterior structure, the ancient KatKhuni Architecture of the building and its intricate woodcarving all over the exterior facade..alongwith the meadows the architecture of the rebuilt shangchul maharaj temple is the standout beauty of Shangarh..pity you missed it ..you went to the twin towers of Dhaliara Kothi but i guess nobody told you about the spectacular Rupi Raila Waterfalls nearby..
